The host was attentive and mostly helpful.The room itself has mold in the walls, there were towels over the shower from the previous occupants and the sheets had not been changed. There was a broken pan in the oven and used soap bars by the bathroom sink. The place was clearly not cleaned between occupants and may not have been cleaned in quite some time. Better to pay more to be closer to the center since it takes 40mins by public transit or 20-30 by taxi to get there.
