The check in procedure was brutal. On arrival it took me 40 minutes to load all details, pictures of passport, selfie, pay the city tax etc. Once all that was done I had to wait on the stairs for 45 minutes for the lady deliver my keys. I spent 1.5 hours on the stairs waiting to have access to my apt. There were no curtains or blinds on the windows and the street lights shine directly on the pillows. The noise from the plumbing of the apartments above never ceases. There was internal noice all night long.
