Old fashioned hotel, but cosy and very clean. Nice to get some breakfast as well. Very good reception service.

Very nice traditional old-fashioned hotel run by a team of friendly and helpful staff; nice bar and breakfast room. There is no lift (elevator) but that wasn't a problem for me personally.

Great stay

Great for the price. The beds are very comfy, Wi-Fi is great and it’s directly opposite a tram station (20 mins into centre). The only negative is the air con which takes a long time to do anything and is quite noisy BUT it does get cold *eventually*

Updated hotel with a cosy feel. Breakfast and coffee are available each morning. You turn in your key when you leave and ask for it when you return - kind of like an old time movie. The bathroom floors are heated, and the beds were very comfortable. No elevator is available, so be ready for stairs. The staff is very nice and helpful.

Accessible, 1 tram ride (#14) to central/Duomo. Tram stop is only a short walk from hotel. Breakfast available, basic but acceptable for the price paid. Bed comfortable, stayed 2 nights, bed made daily. Toilet seat old/cracked, need replacing. Shower is a bit tight. Need to leave room keys when going out. Reception available 24/7.

Good proximity to the train to get to downtown areas. Air conditioning either wasn’t working or did not make the room cold. Bed was not comfortable and made it difficult to sleep.

This hotel is rated as a three-star, but it felt more like a two-star experience. The room had a strong, overpowering fragrance coming from the vents, which seemed like an attempt to mask another odor. It was quite intense and not very pleasant. The room itself was outdated, with old carpeting, and the shower door didn’t close properly, causing water to leak onto the bathroom floor and even soak part of the carpet. Another concern was the key return system. Each time you leave, you have to return your key, and when you come back, a different front desk staff member is usually there. All you have to do is say your room number, and they hand you a key without verifying your identity, which felt like a security issue. While I didn’t feel unsafe, I do think this process could be improved. I didn’t try the buffet breakfast, so I can’t comment on that. However, the hotel is conveniently located near a tram station, and it takes about 30 minutes on public transportation to reach Milan’s city center.

The front desk was very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was lovely and it was directly in front of the trams. It was, however, 2.6 miles from the stadium which was a longer walk than we had hoped for.

For the price one cannot complain about this hotel. It is convenient for the tram service to see the city. The staff was incredibly helpful. You have access to restaurants, laundry mat and convenient store. There is a large shopping center not too far for eating and shopping. I would gladly stay again because of the convenience and the staff. You cannot beat the price.

Can’t fault it. Old fashioned but clean. Helpful staff. Very friendly. Only 1 tram to the centre city - so easy- in straight like- 20 min and you are in centre Milan. Also had shopping centre & big grocery shop walking distance!

Although the room was clean, the toilet seat was wooden and broken inside... ghhhh! And then there is no elevator!!!???!!! In this age? and *** Hotel? Going to 2nd floor was a pain with all our luggage. Towels were very thin and the bath was very tiny and no room to hang any clothes

It’s a good hotel to stay in for max3 days . Trams and buses are 1 min from hotel. Very easy to get taxi. Cleaning daily and was extremely clean. Shower very small and tight. Breakfast was very basic but the lady who served breakfast was extremely nice. Staff in general were very good but they were very resistant to give any informations about the public transport (which I didn’t understand why and I was getting disappointed few times) and therefore I have to struggle outside hotel and ask people on street whom speed very limited English to advise about public transportation. I had to pay taxes which I thought it’s included when I booked through Expedia.

Kleines, aber feines Hotel, etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das Personal war immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war ok, ich würde es aber nicht Buffet zu nennen. Der frisch zubereitete Kaffe am Morgen war sehr gut. Die Anbindung zur Innenstadt war gut, 2 Tramlinien stehen zur Verfügung.

Meget slidt hotel. Virkelig dårlig lugt på værelse og badeværelset. Sort hænder/aftryk på væggen og bare slidt og lidt ulækkert. Rene håndklæder og lagen. Flinkt personale ved reception. Utrolig meget støj fra biler der kørte hurtigt på gaden. Tror rengøringen har taget mine pyjamas bukser med da de skiftede sengetøj, det forsvandt og jeg har ikke set dem igen.

Minha estadia foi ótima! O hotel é perfeito para quem viaja sozinha e não busca luxo: seguro, confortável e o atendimento é muito gentil e as pessoas são muito prestativas. Quarto para uma pessoa tem tudo o que é necessário: a cama é ótima, o ar-condicionado funciona bem, chuveiro é ótimo. Meu quarto não era de frente para a rua, achei bem silencioso. O hotel é em frente a parada do transporte público através do qual é possível chegar em todos os pontos de interesse turístico com facilidade. Próximo a dois mercados e alguns restaurantes. O café da manhã é simples porém ótimo pelo preço.

Die Lage des Hotels ist eine Katastrophe! Liegt direkt an der Hauptstrasse, wo Autos und die Strassenbahn fährt. Das Zimmer war viel zu warm (April), und die Klimaanlage konnte man noch nicht gebrauchen. Das Morgenessen ist typisch italienisch: grässlich, kleine Auswahl und schlechter Kaffee. Nie wieder dort.
