Amazing staff and amazing breakfast. Stuff communicated very well made chicken very easy and the room was great. Great view as well. Would highly recommend staying here.

I was only there one night, but it was very clean and in good condition. The employees were very helpful. I was able to store my luggage while out on a tour. The room is a little small, but otherwise I would recommend for a short stay.

A brief walk from the Milano Centrale station, this hidden little gem is the perfect sort of quick stay. The breakfast in the morning was light, yet filling. The in room coffee was a nice touch and the overall esthetics of the rooms are unexpectedly fresh.
Small and comfortable for a quick stay.
Appropriate bathroom to take care of the essential needs.

We loved the hotel and would have given it an excellent with the exception of the night club across the street. We stayed 2 nights and couldn’t get to sleep until way after 2am. We thought it was due to the weekend, but the night club told us they have bands on Monday and Tuesday. Another room may have been better

7 or 8 minute walk from Central Train Station and many restaurants in area made this rental very convenient. With these apartment style rentals/hotels where they have rooms in an apartment complex, often they have limited or no front desk service (here it was 7:30am - 1:00pm). You definitely need to communicate (whatsapp is perfect) esoecially if you leave or arrive during off hours. I was sent a code to access the doors. I must say that a much lower price offset the inconvenience of not having a full-time frontdesk, in this case.

Stayed here 3 nights , good location with nice walks to sight seeing and shops .. lots of restaurants with 5 minutes walk , really good food . Also only 5 minute walk from train station . Service was really fantastic .. would recommend and will stay upon return 👍

Loved the room!!! Hotel is on one floor of a building, which is pretty unique. It was quiet but not uncomfortable. Room was spacious and staff were friendly and responsive. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Great location. Great price. Staff were super friendly and accommodating. Hotel is located inside an older building, but very safe and spacious. Continental breakfast was very good and satisfying. I would stay here again. Five stars!!!!

Great stay at M2M

Great Hotel and location. Our check in was handled by Flavia and she was fantastic. Friendly and had tons of tips. Very secure building. Lots of great restaurants and shops all within walking distance. 6 min. Walk from train station which was nice also.

Perfect location and friendly staff

Perfect spot for a business trip. Convenient location just a few steps away from Buenos Aires zone, Porta Venezia metro station and - most important - from the Central Station where all airport shuttle buses arrive. The room was clean and tidy. Breakfast is served in your room. Unexpected benefit: warm water in your shower flows almost immediately after you turn the tap. Not a very common feature in older buildings in this neighbourhood. The staff is very friendly and willing to help should any trouble occur.

Room was excellent. Shower was black and moldy in certain areas. One night they forgot to leave a roll of toilet paper. Never anybody at front desk. Should have an ice machine. We were two, only had one glass. Last morning we had only one container cup of milk for both of us, co trainer held only one tablespoon of milk.
