We enjoyed our stay at this hotel! The AC was great, room was very clean. We loved the duplex suite traveling with our family of 4. The staff was very helpful as well ahead of time with making a dinner reservation for us and while we were there with recommendations and taxi's. Good location as well!

Great boutique property very close to the Duomo. Even though it was so centrally located, it didn’t feel “touristy” at all. The room was spacious and beautifully appointed. The bathroom was lovely. The air conditioning was great. The front desk made wonderful dinner suggestions and helped me with the train.

The room was spotless, and the air conditioning was perfect after spending the day in the heat. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, making it easy to get a great night’s sleep. I had previously stayed at another hotel just around the corner, but it was so noisy at night that we barely slept. This hotel, on the other hand, is right in the heart of everything, yet as soon as you step inside, it feels calm, peaceful, and quiet. It was the perfect combination of a central location and a relaxing atmosphere. I would definitely stay here again.

不满意：服务设施
This property is expensive with no luxury or bells and whistles but it has larger rooms and great location. If you are looking for luxury or the nicer part of town .. it is not this hotel . It does have a nice little restaurant with great coffee. Try the Caesar salad. You can get a coffee, croissant , and water for $5 euros right across from hotel. There is a velvet smokers couch in front of hotel but you have to order something to sit there … otherwise there is no lobby to sit or place to hangout in this hotel . Plan to stay full of activities outside of hotel. The staff were polite but manager was rude and didn’t care about customer service. The air conditioning worked well, the windows open to street and there was shampoo and conditioner.
