In addition to the primary bedroom, the unit has an interior all-season patio with two chair beds that convert to Twin beds sleeping an additional 2 guests - please refer to surcharge rates for 3rd/4th guests.

Note that guests who sleep in the patio area must pass through the main bedroom to access the bathroom.

Our house rules:
* Children must be 12 years of age or older.
* Primary renter must be 25 years of age or older.
* No smoking of any description including cigarettes, cigars, marijuana and other inhalables, vaping, medicinal etc. (asthma pumps excluded).
The no smoking policy is strictly upheld, both inside the units and on our grounds including our driveway.
* No hot plates or plug-in cooking surfaces of any description, or camp cookers in compliance with our unit insurance regulations.
* We request that guests not wear outdoor shoes indoors to protect carpeting (bring comfy slippers!).
* We ask that guests respect "quiet hours" from 10PM to 8AM.
* There can be no overnight guests that exceed the number of guests indicated on the VRBO reservation confirmation.
* No parties or events unless with express agreement of host,

Please note a dog lives on this property. While she is not allowed into guest accommodations she does have the run of the exterior property and first floor of the main house.
