Sawmill Cabin - 8 miles to TIEC

The Sawmill Cabin is located in the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains in Mill Spring, NC. It is 10 minutes from the Tryon International Equestrian Center, 10-15 minutes from Tryon and Saluda, Lake Lure, and 1-26, and 30-45 minutes from both Hendersonville and Asheville. The cabin is situated in a rural, wooded area and very close to lots of outdoor fun!! Lake Lure and Chimney Rock are just a short, beautiful drive away along the Green River.

Beautiful, Quiet Place in the Mountains

We stayed at this property for a long weekend with our children. It was the perfect place to crash after hiking and exploring during the day. The beds were comfortable and our kids loved sleeping in the loft area. We would definitely stay there again.

Amazing!

My family had a wonderful time at Sawmill Cabin. It is easy to find, but we did go to the wrong cabin at first, not realizing there were 2 cabins on property. Sawmill cabin was exactly as pictured. The fire pit is fantastic. The host even provided fire wood. The cabin and surrounding area are so quiet and relaxing. The beds are comfortable. The linens are super soft and cozy. It is about an hour drive to Asheville, but if you take the Lake Lure route, it is a beautiful drive. For our family of 4, we couldn't have asked for more.

Immaculate and comfortable

We stayed for a weekend to attend a wedding at nearby Parker-Binns, and was immediately taken with how lovely the sawmill cabin is. Very clean, very comfortable and just gorgeous! The views were outstanding from all the tall windows. Its quiet and we enjoyed sitting outside each night on the patio. Sawmill cabin is a gem!

Great location for activities in the area while still being isolated and private in the woods.

Lots of personal touches in the cabin were delightful. The firepit and covered patio area provided for a very relaxing space outside even in the rain. We totally enjoyed this little place and wished we would have had more time just to spend at the cabin.
