Upon arriving, we were upset that the elevator wasnt in service and we were on the 4th floor. It was rectified very quickly. The room was clean and stocked. The beds were extremely comfortable. The morning breakfast had a wide variety of choices and the staff worked diligently keeping every thing fresh and stocked. My granddaughter left something in the room-she left prior to our departure- and we were allowed to leave it for her to retrieve -which she did with no problems. We will recommend this property and we will return

Good location in Millington. Delicious cookies at the front desk in the evening. Happy and helpful staff. The pool isn't heated and uncomfortably chilly. The breakfast is great and the 24 hour coffee is hot and fresh.

The staff was very nice and welcoming at check-in, but unfortunately, we had a serious issue with insects in our room. They moved us to another room, but sadly, the second room was even worse. We were promised a refund for two nights, but that refund was never received. Thankfully, Expedia was absolutely amazing. They stepped up, helped us through the entire situation, and took care of the remainder of our reservation. I really appreciated their support. I just wish the hotel had followed through on the two-night refund they promised.
