      A gem in the rough
      Our stay was perfect in every way! The attractive thoughtful decor suited the location and was very clean and comfortable with great amenities. The owners are nice and provided a lot of information before we arrived at the house. Do not hesitate to book this amazing place! The location is incredible and a stone’s throw away from Indian River Bay. We will be booking this property for next year!

      It's such a great place to stay. I wanted to stay longer but when I checked it was booked. But I'll definitely be back next year. It's close to the beach within 30 minutes. We love the the area so much my wife would love to move to Delaware.👍

      Family get together
      Our family had a wonderful time,plenty of space indoors or outside in screened in porch. Pool is great just a few steps from our back porch,used the grill to cook dinner,Owners are wonderful easy to communicate with. Daily walks to the marina, Neighbors are so easy to talk to and friendly,and funny. Looking forward to future vacations here.

      Convenient location in pretty setting while visiting friends in the area
      This home was in a lovely area and very convenient for visiting friends and some other family members also staying in the Delaware/Maryland area. The space was ample and comfortable during our visit and the surrounding property seemed lovely, although we didn't have the time to enjoy it and take in the views and sunsets as much as I would have liked. We never even had a chance to sit by the pool, but it looked like it was nice. The kitchen could have been a little better appointed for those who prefer home cooking over restaurant meals and we had to get creative with small pans and not having serving pieces that would have been helpful when cooking a special birthday dinner for family and friends one night. We ended up asking them to bring some things that we needed. Not having a spray on the kitchen faucet made washing and rinsing more of a challenge. This was the first and only rental where we had to bring our own sheets and towels, which added bulk to the amount of things that we had to pack and travel with and took up space in the car for the rest of our vacation time. It also added some stress to the morning on check out day having to wash and dry linens (to not carry around dirty laundry and wet towels for the remainder of our travels). It is a requirement I will watch out for to avoid in future travels. Overall, it was a very nice home in a lovely area, but I would prefer a place that provides linens over staying there again and needing to haul, pack and unpack the extra bulky items for a road trip.
