「Great location on the beach, it is in a quieter area so really lovely beach access. The Sans Souci is an older property and this unit is very well maintained. There is rental chairs and umbrellas available at the building but the unit also had plenty of chairs. We were quite comfortable and would stay again. 「Great location. Coffee maker and keurig. The cleaning was subpar, crumbs on the floor, mold in the dishwasher from not being properly aired out etc. Perfect views of the sunrise and sunset. It is pretty spacious. I'd stay again if a few cleaning supplies were provided. You can't walk on the floor barefoot unless you're ok with dirty feet. The first apartment we booked had to go through last minute repair work but Vic called me and immediately booked me in a bigger apartment in the same building at no extra cost. Thanks Vic for taking care of us. Apartment has great view of the beach as well as the city. The table for 4 in the balcony is great place to sip on a cup of coffee and enjoy the view !! 」

「Since our stay was in December and the weather was cold and rainy we didn’t use the pool. Kitchen was nicely equipped. Weather was very windy and the entrance door wasn’t snug so a lot of cold air came in. The doors need to be replaced. Air pulls through even more when you open sliding door to the balcony. Otherwise the unit exceeded our needs. 」
