property was renovating so messy in several areas. Floor of the room was not very clean, lots of dust. Amenities: the gym is very small but they have an inside pool that is very nice. Staff was fine too. Breakfast was not good, food quality was not the best.

Although I thoroughly enjoyed the jetted tub (which was the reason I got the room) the water did come out slowly and the breakfast was absolutely not worth the time...the people were nice and the atmosphere serene and quiet...I would still go back but I would get breakfast somewhere else...also the return of my money that was for any issues that was placed on a hold has yet to be returned...but still I'd go back again..

No tub stopper for the kids to take a bath, breakfast is not good, pool doesn't open until 10am and checkout is at noon, our toilet clogged and the front desk gave me a plunger to fix it myself, no smoking signs everywhere but the place reeked of weed, woke up to ppl yelling in the hallway at 1am, mattresses are the most lumpy thing I've ever laid on so uncomfortable

The hallways smelled like cigarette smoke, the doors to rooms were in rough shape. Some looked like that had been broken into or the door jamb was cracked/broken. The carpet on the third floor was bleached in spots. The staff were friendly.

This was the worst hotel we have ever stayed at! The first room we were in, my husband sat on the bed and at sank almost to the floor. The pull out bed was trashed, torn, stained and gross! No clean sheets, etc. I wish I could attach pictures. We were moved to another room SLIGHTLY better. No clean sheets, sticky floor, terrible smell, no soap in the room at all. The bed was horrible. Breakfast was hardly anything and not good at all. I called to request a refund and was told because I booked through Expedia, there was no way for them to refund me. I know this is a lie because I have been refunded by a hotel I booked through Expedia before. Instead, I was offered a complimentary stay…like I would want to go back there for any reason?
