We stayed for a week and the room was cleaned only once at our request. We had to ask for clean towels a couple of times. Frequently there was no staff to be found even at the registration desk. It did not seem that the hotel was full, so I could not find an excuse for the lack of service. The parking was good, the breakfast was ok, no fruits or vegetables, except for apples. It’s located next to the highway and there was a lot of traffic noise.

The highlight of this Hilton was the staff-all very helpful, friendly, and professional. The breakfast attendant, Michelle, was delightful and kind. The breakfast was standard but lots of options so easy to accommodate different tastes. Overall, I’d stay again as it was a good value for what you get. I used to travel for work and Hampton Inns were my go-to. This facility had lots of wear and tear which was not like other Hamptons I had stayed at previously. It was a large Amir t of small things rusty faucets, algae on the walls in the pool, excess caulk around the baseboards, small holes in the walls, and stains on the fabric headboards, chipped paint, archaic window blinds, cheap furniture that was too big for the small rooms, etc.) that just made it feel run down.
