“Excellent experience”

“Kinn Guesthouses are a great place to stay if you don’t mind no front desk and coded entries. We’ve found them to have large rooms which are tastefully decorated, comfortable and quiet. The common area is stocked with teas, coffee and breakfast cereals which you can use. Be sure to contact property directly before you arrive for entry code. Expedia apparently does not share contact information with Kinn so you can access the room. Therefore they have no way to send you this……

“Checked in at 2:45 but room not yet available. Returned after event t 6:30 and reception desk closed. Redirected to 3 people at bar and last was able to print key for us. Bar was busy and didn’t seem the best process. Everyone was pleasant . Enjoyed our stay.”

“The Pfister Hotel is a lovely place to stay at. It's breathtaking, the food was delicious, very clean, and the staff was fabulous. We enjoyed our time at the lobby enjoying a drink and the music provided by the piano player. I highly recommend The Pfister when visiting Milwaukee/”

“We arrived one hour before checking time, there is no storage room for guest luggage, we have to pay early check-in fee for one hour. There is no flexibility. The fare I paid includes breakfast, but hotel only provide very simple breakfast set for pickup, one muffin one apple juice and one yogurt only which is far from my expectation. Overall it is a fair hotel, don't expect too much.”
