"I reserved a room for one and got a clean, compact room intended for a solo traveler. Ideal for one, it was comfortable and quiet. With an efficient bathroom reminiscent of something from a cruise ship. Has every amenity I needed for a one night stay in Kyoto. Excellent value. "

"I had a wonderful stay at this lovely hotel. Very modern, nice and clean, great location, walkable to many nearby sites, and easy access to the trains. The staff was so kind and helpful and the hourly shuttle to and from Kyoto station was a huge added bonus with the nicest drivers! I loved it here so much that I decided to stay an extra night!
