"The deluxe twin was perfect for two adults and two kids. Very spacious room with all amenities. The hotel is great! The metro station is just under it, convenience stores and mcdonald's just across the street, several local eateries in the shopping complex, and excellent restaurants within the hotel. Facilities were really good, and the staff was super nice. Will go back for sure! "

"Excellent service, front desk staff were very helpful especially with them helping us call train station to retrieve a bag we left at the station location. We would definitely stay here again, hotel location was convenient and close to what we wanted to visit."

"Great location, just a block from the main Metro line, north of downtown but just south of the Imperial Palace, and just east of Nijo Castle; an easy walk to top eateries, shops, and temples, and easy bus or train to anywhere in the area. Lovely modest facility, at very reasonable prices, with friendly staff offering excellent service, including in English. Rooms were small (as are most in this densely settled country), but quite comfortable. Many pleasant surprises, like free daily shuttles to and from top area sites (Kinkaku-ji / Golden Palace shrine, and Arashiyama's bamboo forests and Tenryu-ji temple), and a free tasting of three kinds of sake each evening. We had a great stay; strongly recommend."
