"This was advertised as having a kitchen. Kitchen facilities are in another building that are communal. The other option is to rent a gas burner. Everything is extra (e.g. trash, gas burner). Heater for room kept turning off. Barely enough space for 3 futons. Japanese communal bathrooms near bungalows, western style in main building. We only stayed one of the two nights booked even though we did not get a refund."

"全てに感動しました！阿蘇だけど阿蘇じゃないような、一軒貸し切りみたいだけど、非日常的で、とても楽しい一泊２日でした！ ペットも一緒に行けたのでみんな幸せでした！ アメニティや調理器具、備品などもほとんど揃ってて荷物も少なくて助かりました。 ただ場所がすごい入りくんだ所で、少し迷いました。 でもまた必ずいきたいです！"
