“Situated in the very centre of Kelso, convenient place to stay when exploring the area. Checkin was done very easily, with clear instructions sent beforehand. There is a Greggs just in front of the hotel, and also several restaurants and takeaways in close vicinity. There was double glazing in the room, and hence better insulation. ”

“The staff were all really friendly and the food was exceptional. We ate in the bar both nights and was not disappointed with any of the meals. The rooms were clean but definitely not 4 star, the bed was very hard so not the best nights sleep. The location was great for sightseeing around Northumberland.”
