Urszula the host is warm, kind, and very responsive via WhatsApp. The self-serve breakfast offerings have a wide range, have plenty of quantity, and are restocked well. Most of all, the location is unbeatable: One is in the center of Rome where all the major sights and shopping areas are walkable. Also, the pizza place on the righthand side right next to the Residenza is excellent.”

“The staff is wonderful, the room was nice, and the location is perfect. My only complaint is they don’t have an actual airport shuttle. They claim calling you a cab is the same thing but that’s not what a shuttle is. I’d still stay there again and recommend it. ”

“Great, friendly and extremely helpful staff. Clean, modern room and fresh breakfast each morning. Only thing to be aware of is you may have to carry your luggage a block due to no cars being allowed in the area where the hotel is. But everything else more than made up for that minor inconvenience, especially since it means the area is quieter and less busy than the rest of Rome, which was a big plus. I would recommend this place to anyone who comes to Rome.”

“Excellent hotel just across from the ponte sistco bridge acess to the traverse area. Walking to places easy. Some shops on the little street a supermarket just a few foors away. Breakfast was amazing lovely pastries and fresh fruit. Some nice outdoor area's to sit in and the upstairs area on the rooftop was lovely. ”
