I got amazing service from the staff! Everyone was so kind and patient and seemed genuinely happy to help. The valet staff in particular was excellent. Remembered us, wished us well on our flight and remembered our destination we mentioned at check in, just truly exceptional.

Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Bloomington at Mall of America, MN
We were staying as a group in 3 rooms. Had a very pleasant experience with all staff, especially the shuttle driver Chandler. He was great about picking us up and dropping us off daily as we needed. Would definitely stay again!
