The staff never came to clean the room while we stay there and the ceiling in the bathroom had a crack that leaked the entire time. I told 3 different staff members at the hotel and they need nothing

It was a great location, and even though by the airport it was quiet and pleasant. Very convenient to drive to places we wanted to visit in Saint Paul and Minneapolis. Staff was friendly and facility was clean.

The property was great except the spa was closed for the entire day we were there. Main reason we booked this hotel and we were only offered a room upgrade with a queen bed which would not work since we needed two beds

Not enough parking. The lot was full both nights and people had to park outside of the property. The toilet seat was broken and the ice machine didn’t work.
