Great stay

The only complaint, I would have is, it said free parking, I took that to mean parking on the property, but there wasn’t. Other than that it was a great rental.

Lots of character in a walkable neighborhood

The house was well appointed with everything we needed. The backyard was beautiful and cozy with comfortable patio furniture and string lights. We loved the walkable location as well.

Great stay!

Good location....several good eateries nearby and downtown is a short drive. Lance was very helpful and his "local guide" book he personally assembled is very useful. We would stay here again.

Wonderful place, great location

Great place

This is our second stay here and it won’t be the last. Love the location and the comfortable spaces. Very clean and has all of the amenities you need. So very comfortable king bed...love it.

Mid week stay

Went to the cities to visit our daughters and found this great duplex to stay in. Beautifully decorated, very clean and welcoming lower level house was a huge hit for all of us to meet and enjoy our few days together.

The Best!

I have stayed at this VRBO a number of times, and it is always the best stay ever! It is clean, comfortable, so close to restaurants, and minutes from the highways to get to other locations. The owner, Lance, is so responsive, and it's just a joy to spend a weekend here. Highly, highly recommended!!

Great rental near lots of places to eat and drink

This place had the best kitchen I've ever seen in a rental-love the strong gas stove! Bathroom had lots of little travel sized toiletries, but of course this was the very rare trip when we didn't forget to pack anything we needed lol. Comfy couches and beds.

Great urban place to stay. Love it.

We will definitely stay here again. Beautiful and comfortable accommodations. Well stocked kitchen and bathroom..shampoo, conditioner, hair dryers. On busy Nicolet Avenue however home is set back so far and it was very quiet. Loved the front sunroom. Spent a lot of time there reading, etc. Fantastic place.

Loved location…around the corner from our son and daughter-in-law. Beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped for entertaining. We did have trouble with tv in living room. Trouble with figuring out how to use and when we thought we had it…no signal. Would have appreciated more info. Would have been a perfect 5 except for trouble with tv

Mother daughter fun

My adult daughter and I enjoyed a very comfortable and relaxing time. Beds were great, ample blankets, towels, toileties etc. Well appointed kitchen. Location was safe and convenient to shopping, cafes, and a park. I highly recommend this property and management company.

Great Property, Excellent Host

We really enjoyed our stay. The flat was very clean and well appointed, lots of room to stretch out. Lance, the host, was very responsive and attentive to questions, often within minutes. Definitely recommend if in the Minneapolis area. Another plus, lots of shops and restaurants close by as well as access to I35W, great location in the city. Tom and Donna

Beautiful woodwork

Very nice home just a bit hard to get a close parking place if you get back after 6 or 7 pm. I think they should put curtains on bedroom window so daylight doesn’t wake you in the mornings. But overall a very nice place quiet neighbors. Barely saw them. Enjoyed our stay and visit with family.

Wonderful place, wonderful stay!

We've stayed at this VRBO a number of times, and it never disappoints. It's spacious, clean, close to major highways, and always comfortable to come "home" to. Lance is always available should any issues arrive, and we're always greeted with a bottle of wine as a welcome gift. We had a Sunday brunch with our kids and granddaughters, and the dining room was the perfect size. On top of it all, there's an great sunroom, perfect for relaxing and reading the morning newspaper or taking a nap. Wonderful stay, in all aspects!

Perfect place to stay in Minneapolis!

Our family absolutely loved this property! Lance made it so welcoming and has considered all possible needs of his renters. It was our first time in Minneapolis and found the Uptown area to be very convenient to everything. Great restaurants, pubs, and diners all within walking distance. The historic character, beautiful (yet comfortable) decor, and added amenities of the property were awesome. We definitely felt like it was a "home" away from home. Our son will be moving to the area this summer, so our stay at Lance's Uptown Urban Living at its Finest, while our first, will certainly not be our last!

Nice Stay

We were in town for vikings game and Lance's property was perfect for what we needed. Clean, cozy and quite. There is a tenant in the above unit but we hardly noticed. It is an older home but it had great character. Although it was late October, the weather was nice enough for us to enjoy some time in the sunroom area. Would rent again.

Our stay in Minneapolis metropolitan area

Our stay in Minneapolis metropolitan area was very pleasant. The house is extremely clean and well kept. Bed was comfortable and accommodations were better than expected. There were numerous cafés within walking distance.If I had to recommend one thing I would ask that they provide better lighting in the kitchen. Other than that our stay was wonderful .

Lance is terrific, great place, great neighborhood

We were very pleased with our stay. Lance is great to work with---professional, hospitable, helpful, and accomodating. The apartment was just as advertised and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. And the neighborhood is great as well---easy access to bike lanes, the lakes, the highway and loads of restaurants. I'd definitely stay with Lance again on a future trip to Minneapolis. Great flat, location and attentive host!

We stayed at Lance's rental when moving our son to college from California to Minneapolis. It was the perfect place for us. The rental is exactly as advertised with lots of space, wonderful front sun room for reading/hanging out, extraordinary/comfortable beds in both rooms and just an all around pleasure. The bottle of wine and the plethora of unexpected amenities was a much appreciated treat! Lance was very helpful (promptly answering all of my questions, helping receive boxes, providing tools, etc.), which made the move much smoother for us. I will look forward to returning for future visits!

Great location and very cozy

Lance's place is very cozy with a lovely sunroom that's fun to have tea or coffee and read. The kitchen was well stocked, although we didn't cook. The beds were very comfortable. This is located very near some good breakfast eateries and several good evening restaurants. We also rented bikes from Lance, which was really fun to ride around the lakes. Lance was excellent to work with, helping to adjust dates when our travel plans changed and allowing a late checkout so we could shower after biking. He also was very supportive of any potential issues-which we had none. We enjoyed the complimentary wine left for us also. We plan to return since we will visit MN at least once a year.
