The space
A warm and inviting turn-of-the-century 1-BR 1-Bath upper level duplex suite, a.k.a. “The Eat Street Skyline Suite,” located in the historic Whittier neighborhood. This space is superbly maintained with tasteful updates. Outside is a large shared patio complete with a relaxing whirlpool and manicured garden views. Throughout this 1908 home, you’ll appreciate original hardwood floors, doors, and trim. The modern decor is a prefect mix of old and new. Enjoy the updated kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances, steel & butcher block counter tops, and a gas range. Take retreat in the clawfoot tub. This space really is a sanctuary in a bustling city!

Don’t worry, there’s no need to download any apps. We recommend just saving that link to your cellphone home page during your stay as you’ll definitely make use of it.

Our home guide is simple to navigate and should answer most all questions pertaining to our home, its functionality, and your stay. You’ll find check-in/check-out instructions, “how to’s” for using WiFi, TV’s , appliances, etc. We’ve even included lots of local Intel on places to eat, explore, and all the “must see sites.”

***This Suite is a story and a half. The bedroom is on the entire 1/2 story. The bathroom is located on the main floor***

***There is a shared boiler heating system in this unit, guests do not have control of the thermostat. We keep the thermostat set at approximately 70 degrees in winter and we’ll accommodate small adjustments for guest comfort if requested***

***Our home is 110+ yrs old, please know at times the floors may squeak in certain areas, consistent with what you may expect with older homes***
