「Typically you would think a hotel would post pictures of the best room and yours wouldn't be quite that nice, but the pictures in this case didn't do this place justice. Its beautiful, modern, and worth every penny.」

「It has nice view to the forest and you would be able to see the sunrise in the morning which is beautiful. The outdoor hot tub is supposed to be closed at 10pm, but people are still using it and making noises at night. We told the front desk about it, but they said the whole deck area is a common area, they couldn't do anything about it. This's weird that they have a rule to close the pool at 10pm but no one is forcing it.」

「definitely did not get the memo on the front desk closing at eight or 8:30 PM which I guess is typical of Vail Valley. Learned something new! I definitely had a very unfortunate check in experience and was not very happy to be searching for the key for 45 minutes and was not given the option for a luggage cart. Let allow any kind of assistance and I was told that I needed to wait until the morning. overall, I missed the opportunity to get into the hot tub because of all the nonsense from the...

「It’s funny, the hotel is old. Was undergoing some renovations, some things in our room were showing their age… but the hotel was still excellent. The room was comfortable, clean and had all the amenities. Great bed. Awesome water pressure in the shower. Beautiful view of the mountains and sunset from our balcony. I really loved this hotel.
