Annual family trip to the beach

We arrived on Sunday June 22. The 2 double beds in the one bedroom were also bunkbeds. We had a good stay with a few exceptions. Parking for the beach and restaurants was busy. We only found one parking space for the beach the whole week. Lots of the beach access is restricted to the private condos so you have to walk further away for public access. We enjoyed both pools, the bikes and golf cart. The washer was very hard to get a load started. The last night of our stay was Saturday I called, messaged the host, and texted with no response. The air conditioning on the second floor went completely out where all the bedrooms were located, it was 80 degrees in the house that night. We went to the nearby Gulfarium and it was wonderful. The beach was very crowded.

The worst place we have ever rented in our life Please beware that this property is for sale and we really think they just don’t care about it anymore . Everything was absolutely disgusting and we could not get a manager to call us to resolve our issuesThey left us without a way to cook food for 13 people for almost 3 days and told us a little charcoal grill was sufficient enough to cook on We had to spend money to buy a broom to sweep We had mold and this property is complete false advertisement as I’m forwarding this o everyone we know to not stay at this property They have resolved nothing for us !!The rest of the community l

Hey! The house was great until there was no broom. Being we came from the beach everyday it was very unpleasant to walk into a sandbox of a house and no broom clean it. He got so bad. I asked someone to bring the no one brought one that I slipped and fell and busted my leg due to the sand on the floor. Like it’s pretty rough damage I’m considering going to the doctor. Guys should really make sure there’s a broom and dusting in the house.

Beautiful Beach Hoise

We had a fantastic time at this well maintained and beautifully decorated beach house. The beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows (for those who sleep with more than one). Well stocked home provided everything we needed. It’s just a short walk to beach access. The golf carts and bikes make it easy to get around town. We would definitely stay here again.

The house was amazing!! Very roomy and clean. A few repairs needed in the bathroom and to the blinds. But it was a gorgeous house. The back yard on the other hand was a huge disappointment. Photos taken before empty lot was overgrown. Grill and griddle were unusable. Rusted and very dirty. Patio furniture rusted and unsafe. And mold in the refrigerator and cabinets in the bar. My plan was to cook outside a few days on our stay and that was an added expense to our trip.

Great inside! Horrible outside…

The inside was pretty much what we expected. Toilet seat in 2nd floor bathroom was falling off. Someone came by and fixed it on day 3. There was a leak from the vent hood that dripped onto the stovetop! Gross to think it may drip into the food on the stove. So the outside…We arrived and immediately noticed the place was very unkept and dirty. Trash in the yard, a broken plant pot just hanging out. No grass, mostly sand and overgrown weeds. Back yard, the stink was horrible. I have several pictures of the ugliness. Online pics, there was a bbq pit and a flattop grill. I texted our host the week before to make sure they both worked and I was assured they did. Well they certainly did not! There was a brand new pit in the middle of the patio but the stink was so bad, the space was unusable. The flies had taken over! In the pics there were stools at the bar, a table and chairs and 2 more chairs. There was only 2 chairs. There was a plug hanging out of the wall, and food stuff still sitting on the counter. Someone in our party decided to investigate the smell and he found a whole crab sitting on a shelf in the outdoor kitchen area. He threw it away to try to get rid of the smell. All of the equipment was broken. And an electrical outlet hanging out of the wall…. So so bad. We should receive a partial refund! Not sure who is responsible but it’s shameful! We had the ugliest, most unkept house in the neighborhood. Someone should be embarrassed!! I’ll attach pictures.

the house was nice but back patio was filthy and rusty saw sitting out couldnt use patio, washer didnt work, golf cart had a flat took a day and half to fix. it wasnt the vac we were used to any other beach house we have rented if we had issues they were fixed fast not here.

Spacious

Spacious, beautiful, comfortable, loved the beds and beautiful interior decorating. The only negative side was the home was not ready for us due to previous guests. The site showed a wall of water on the pool and there wasnt one. The outdoor grill was missing parts...need a new one. We were under the impression that bikes would be provided. It was a wonderful home for our vacation for our 50th...thank you.

Beautiful Bachelorette Bungalow

Stayed with a group of 13 ladies for a bachelorette I planned and this place was definitely a highlight and one that made us all go “I want to come back and stay here with another set of friends!” Tons of space, very beautiful, and truly a great location. The neighbor felt very safe and we loved having access to the golf cars and bikes.
