Gather in the open gourmet kitchen, dining, and living area on the first floor. The coastal chic dining table seats 8 and the breakfast bar accommodates 5. The living area is equipped with a queen sleeper sectional sofa to provide additional accommodations. A 55" smart tv with Direct TV cable, Xbox for gaming or watching DVDs. Enjoy the cool vibes and gentle breezes on one of three spacious porches. A propane grill is available just off the kitchen for preparing your family's feast. .

Located on the first floor are two queen bedrooms, one with a private bathroom and one with an adjacent bathroom and a separate laundry room with full size washer and dryer. The second floor primary bedroom has a king-sized bed and ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and dual vanities. The master bedroom also features a screened-in porch with a six-person seating area to enjoy conversation and wine with friends, or to gather for coffee in the mornings. (Complimentary Keurig brewer with a starter set of K-cups provided.) All bedrooms have flat-screen TV’s, DVD players, and cable TV service.

This property offers parking for up to three vehicles depending on size. Offsite parking is available for a fee at nearby locations. RV's and Trailers cannot be parked at the home per HOA restrictions.

PET FEE IS $300 PLUS TAX. A MAXIMUM OF 2 *ADULT* DOGS ALLOWED – EACH 25LBS OR LESS. Inquire about larger dogs.
