Great house

We had an absolutely incredible stay at this beach house! From the noment we arrived everything exceeded our expectations. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and stocked with everything we needed-from kitchen essentials to beach gear. The layout was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room for our group to relax both indoors and out.

Convenience area to shopping, gas & restaurants

The home was very nice however don't recommend for toddlers as the steps were a problem even though we brought a gate, they needed to stay upstairs as the bedrooms downstairs were not large enough to put two sleeping type cribs. Although the property had a great living area. I did not like the open transoms over the bedroom doors as you can hear TV's on in next bedrm etc. Loved the kitchen utensils, could have left a lot of mine at home.

Perfect

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Aquaholic and can’t wait to come back. Our family of 6 (2 adults and 4 kids) fit perfectly with plenty of room to be around each other. We loved all of the dvds, board games, and Xbox. The neighborhood is wonderful and safe, with the beach being an extremely short walk around the corner. The pool is also right across the street! My favorite coffee shop is also a quick 4 minute walk, giving you a nice little morning routine. You can’t beat it.

Great House and Location

This house is in the perfect location! Very short walk to the beach. The beach chairs and umbrella were a great bonus! Our beach spot was reserved every day. The house was perfect for our family of 7 and an infant. The kitchen is well stocked. It had everything we needed. Beach towels are also available to use. The house was well stocked with basic supplies like toilet paper, paper towels, dish and wash soap to get us started. It was great to bring our fur baby too. The pool was just across the street and very nice. It would be great if there was a golf cart 😊. We will definitely return to this house for vacation.

Location, location, location!!! Aquaholic was wonderful!

Wish we had a few more days. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our week in Frangista Beach. The proximity to both the beach and pool was great. The house and especially the kitchen was equipped with everything you could possibly need. Very clean. We would love to come back and highly recommend this property. Hector was also awesome and responded quickly to any questions we had and went above and beyond with assisting our daughter on check out day. The only negative for my husband and I were the quality and number of pillows….kind of flat. Otherwise, we made lasting memories for my husband’s 60th!!

Outstanding week!

The house was perfect for our family of 6! We enjoyed the short walk to the beach, chair service, cooking every evening and then watching the sunset. Very relaxing week for our family. The communication with the owners was outstanding. Definitely recommend this property for you and your family!

Aqualholic is Addicting!

This home is immaculate! Some houses you rent, you walk in and say "the pictures did not do it justice" ... this is one of them. The house is so close to the beach YET it is located in a pristine neighborhood that is serene and gorgeous (we couldn't wait to do our nightly walk around the neighborhood, which was quiet and absolutely beautiful). The house is absolutely beautiful. The large and comfortable living room space was perfect for the entire family to hang out at night and just chat. There was plenty of dining room space at their spacious table and super huge kitchen. There was so much cabinet space and tons of plates, glasses, and cookware ... not a single thing we had to do without (all the amenities of a full kitchen were included). We loved the very large and modern grill with lots of utensils for cooking out. The beds were super comfortable and plenty of sleeping space for all our family members. The large front porch was perfect for us to just hang out & enjoy conversations every night. The landscaping was absolutely beautiful and the screened in porch off the master bedroom was so enjoyable at nights and in the early mornings. The homeowners take good care of this home and the rental agency was kind and responsive. I was incredibly impressed with this home and we will definitely be back again soon!

Quick & easy Thanksgiving getaway

We enjoyed spending Thanksgiving holiday on Frangista Beach. We called it our beach cottage, as it is one of the smaller properties in the neighborhood. It truly is one short block to the beach, so going to and from was a breeze. The kitchen had every utensil imaginable and made having thanksgiving dinner super feasible. The two bedrooms on the 1st floor were on the smaller side with somewhat comfortable mattresses- both with connected bathrooms. The master suite upstairs was spacious and comfortable. We spent a lot of time in the common areas- family room had a beautiful and sturdy dining table with seating for 8. The family room was centrally located and comfortable but it’s probably time for some new sofas. We didn’t use either pull outs but the fabric is beading up on both sofas and both show above average wear. The TVs in every room was a nice touch as was the gas grill on the side porch. This is a nice property that could benefit from some updates but nonetheless served all necessary purposes. Thanks for sharing you space!

Great Stay But House Has a Few Needs

We really enjoyed the house and the inside was just like the photos. However, the living room furniture could stand to be replaced. It looked a little old and somewhat worn out. The fridge in the kitchen was broken, and although it worked, it smelled like old fish inside. They already had a different fridge there when we got to the house, but it was in the dining room, which made things inconvenient. Since both refrigerators worked, I don't know why they just didn't put the replacement fridge in the kitchen and remove the stinky one altogether. The upstairs bed was very comfortable, but very loud and creaky when rolling over in your sleep. The dishwasher didn't clean the dishes very well. We saw lipstick marks on several of the glasses and the coffee mugs were a little dirty. I had to hand wash a few forks. Other than those small issues, we had a great vacation and enjoyed our mornings on the front porch. The house was very close to the beach, restaurants, and surf shops. This was our second time staying in Frangista Beach and we will definitely come beck!
