Great Family Vacation

We arrived early and were able to check in early with no problem. The condo was just as the photos shown on the website! Check-out was easy as well. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Love Ariel Dunes!

This is the second time we have stayed, at the Ariel Dunes II. We Absolutely Love it! She’s trying walk to the beach and several restaurants. Laser tag and arcade is walking distance too! Two great coffee places nearby, as well. The building is beautiful and clean, with amazing views. Pools are great!

The best hotel!

Honestly, this was the best place my family and I have ever stayed! The beach was just a walking distance that made it easier for us! I wished the price was a tad cheaper otherwise we would’ve stayed longer. The only downside was that the balcony lights were not working for us. But other than that, we would definitely recommend and come back next time! Thank you for everything! :)

No running water

No running water the first day and the next morning. Repeatedly called and was told that there was a sensor that was tripped and they would turn back on remotely. Waited hours for some one to come. Was told that it was just a button in the closet that needed to be pushed in when someone did show up. No showers or ability to use the restroom from checkin in til the next morning. This situation Was not handled properly. 7 people in one house with no amenities was very inconvenient.

Beautiful View of the gulf from the 18TH Floor

Very nice 18th floor condo. Walking distance to beautiful gulf beach. Nice surrounding area good restaurants, grocery stores family friendly.
