Family Get Away

Everything we wanted for a family get away. Right on the beach, great living space for all of us and close to eating and events. Such a great place to relax, use the beach and all of the accessories the owner has on location for the water and sand.

Loved our stay here

We absolutely loved our stay here. He has everything you need for your beach days already at the townhouse, it was very clean. The parking was very tight for all the big vehicles we had but we made it work. There’s an ice cream shop right across the street which the kids loved. We will be staying here again for sure!

Yearly family trip

We love staying on the beach so it’s easier for the grandkids to go back and forth and not have to cross the street or load everything up to drive back to a rental. This place was stellar and would recommend 10/10! The spiral staircase going to bottom floor on the beach side was tricky but we managed it and had no issues, even after a few drinks lol.

Everything was as stated in listing. We had a great time. The only thing we didn’t like was parking and stairs to beach.

Our stay was awesome. The place is amazing. Only advise i would give when it comes to parking bring regular sized vehicles and you can fit 2 in the spot.

Family Spring Break

I would give this five stars, except the property is somewhat dated. It was very clean. The location could not be beat. Would prefer that the steps lead directly to the beach rather than kind of the closed off dark and scary set up that is currently in place. Other than being dated, and the steps issue, I couldn’t have asked for more. Definitely needs a refresh.

Great place to stay

It was perfect for 3 moms with 7 senior boys for spring break. The boys had their own space downstairs. Great location in the midst of all of the activity and friends.

Nice accommodations for large groups

Accommodations are nice and clean but the floor plan is a bit odd with no bedrooms on beach level and none on the same floor as the kitchen/dining area.

Excellent property and owner. The location was perfect. We’ve stayed in several areas throughout Destin/Miramar and this was the perfect location. We will look to book again with family in the future.

Loved having the private beach, never crowded! The amenities like boogie boards, chairs and umbrella, made for a fun time and relaxing on the beach!

Perfect Beach Stay

Great house in a great location. Right on a private beach but still accessible and walking distance to stores and restaurants. House provided everything you could need and exactly as described. The host was very communicative, and we enjoyed our stay immensely.

On the Beach!

Amazing stay. Home was literally on the beach so had a spectacular view each day and enjoyed evenings on the deck watching the sunsets. Home had everything we needed for an enjoyable 2 month stay. Owner was super helpful and very responsive to any questions. Highly recommend this property.
