Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: For the price, you can't beat this condo. Great location and view. Accommodations were great. The extra bunk room as great for my daughter and her friend. The only problem we had was the water was turned off for about 4 - 5 hours one morning without any notification.

Condo was nice, clean and spacious. It did have a very musty smell to it but we chalked it up to being right next to the ocean. Would suggest a bit more information about the resort that this condo is located on. Perhaps a welcome page that lists the areas within the resort that are accessible with the bracelets and tram passes. All in all I would absolutely stay here again! So conveniently located and easy access to the beach, the views from the room are worth every penny! My family is happy.

Two family trip

Property was beautiful, condo had lanyards by the door but no explanation about what they were for. Very little info on what was available in the area. Only communication was a call on day two from the company to check in. On day one it was confusing figuring out what code was to be used where (gates/entrances/room) Mattresses were HARD. Walk to the beach was short and easy, great pool sethup. Short drive to most of what we wanted, great location.

Beautiful gulf view. Everything functional. Secure building. Easy parking. Elevators with a beachview, that's new on us lol. Condo size is a small 2 BR, 1 BA, ok for couple, 2nd BR very small just small bunkbeds, suitable for very young kid(s). Eating table very small, cheesy plastic chairs. We would replace the huge L-sofa swallowing the family room, and provide normal smallish sofa enabling room for rectangular size eating table. Also, rooms need overhead lighting (switches do not work). As a couple we enjoyed it though.

Spring Get-a-way

Condo was great overall. Kitchen was very small but functional. Master bed needs replacing as it’s pretty broke down. Sandestin resort itself continues to get busier every time we visit. Beaches were crowded, wedding parties and music were loud, and overall just losing its appeal.

Awesome stay

Great unit. Clean and well stocked. Don't forget coffee filters! Not terribly convenient for running out to store because of so few elevators - everything takes longer. Other than that, no complaints! Pool was perfection! Close to beach, awesome views, comfortable and clean. Close to shopping and entertainment. Enjoyed the balcony. Easiest check in /out ever. Already planning to go back!

The bathroom door is a little hard to close & the kitchen is way too small. It would be nice to be able to stand at the sink & put the dishes in the dishwasher at the same time.

Frustrating

The first October review is false. We stayed in October. Manager does not contact back until 4th call finally got in contact. Had no water one day. Location is great. We had other friends stay in different unit and had a much better experience.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 4287 can use some TLC. Multiple stains throughout the property including what looked to be blood splatter on a closet door. Stove is very outdated. Trim is literally rotting in several places. Air vents are completely rusted over. The price for any condo there is outrageous anyway due to the taxes and fees that are tacked on to the rental price. There are better options if you just look hard enough and give yourself ample time for a trip.

Not terrible but wasn’t great

There was black mold in the bathroom inside the picture frames and along the top of the shower. The pool construction was loud and even though necessary it kept relaxation at a minimum. The refrigerator would not get cold enough even after following all directions. Had a very aggressive neighbor who screamed and cussed so loud in the hallway while my children (11, 8, 6) all heard it inside their bedroom. I called for some assistance and was told “there’s nothing I can do about it.” I paid good money to have a family vacation and was very disappointed in the lack of help and respect from the property manager even knowing this behavior was completely inappropriate. Multiple of the light switches did not work. The dishwasher leaked all over the floor. This joint needs potholders as there were none and if using the kitchen at all, they are necessary. The toaster needs updated as well. I felt this property had so much potential but there were things that needed updating and have just been put off and not put as a priority.

Nice location but needs some upgrades

My husband and I liked the location, but once settled noticed a few things that need improvement. The bed definitely needs to be replaced as it is very worn in the middle and extremely soft. The white couch and chair is also worn and could stand to be replaced along with the cleaning of the rug. The kitchen is extremely small, but was equipped with everything needed for cooking, but 2 people can't be in it at the same time. The online pictures are misleading. The building was not very updated or clean, but the view was lovely once in the condo. We unfortunately met, hurricane Sally and although we were 8 stories up there was water that came into to the condo through the sliding glass door where we had to put towels down in order to manage the water consistently coming in throughout the night. There was also a leak in the bathroom recessed lighting that caused a puddle in the middle of the floor. Also upon coming into the condo there was a smell of dampness that we could not mask without the help of several candles that I brought from home. So don't forget to bring your candles. We really wanted this to be the best experience, but unfortunately fell short. The beautiful view of the ocean and the quiet surroundings is what saved this experience. When I asked my husband if he would stay at that location again is answer was no. He expected more for the money that was spent!
