Great for vacation

The apartment is great, large and perfect for any family. My 3 children slept well in the bunk bed, and we liked the master bedroom bed. Great patio, and wonderful apartment complex. Safe for families.

Excellent condo - fully equipped with great view & easy access to the beach

We loved the newly renovated condo at TOPS'L. Overall, it was clean and quite well equipped. We loved how quickly we could get to the beach (clean beach). The parking was ample. We felt safe on this property and could go for walks. There were plenty of towels. It was great to have a washer and dryer! The entire property was very clean and well taken care of. We would stay here again. Restaurants and stores are plenty within driving distance.

Great unit!

The new furnishings were beautiful and the condo spotless. Would highly recommend this unit. The freezer is a bit tough to get in to but we made it work. Would not stop us from renting this one again!

First experience in Destin was a positive one. Condo was clean, furnished well with plenty of seating, comfortable furniture and huge balcony. Kitchen was fully furnished with nice pots and pan. Freezer was hard to get into due to the counter, you can only open about 2 inches but we made it work. Thank goodness for the ice maker as we would not have been able to put a bag of ice in the freezer. Overall, enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

Pros: The condo we rented was great! Great view, roomy and quite well equipped! Nicely decorated. Huge rooms and plenty of towels! We appreciated the extra bedding and pillows available to us. Lovely property & we felt quite safe to go for walks on the TOPS'L property. Nice clean beach easily accessible. Very nice area and grocery stores and restaurants are plenty along with about anything else a person needs within driving distance. Cons: The windows appeared to not have been washed for a very, very long time. This is considered minor, but the view is incredible so SHOW. IT. OFF. :) There was a very dirty glass in the cupboard, as if someone had made a smoothie in it then put it back without washing it - pretty gross! Ice maker could use cleaned too. THE biggest con was the smokers in the room (we think above us). We'd be on the balcony and they'd be out there smoking, practically every time. We booked because it is supposed to be non-smoking. It is a non-smoking property. I hope that could be posted more places and people reminded at check it.

quick getaway

Loved the condo! We had an issue with the TV in the den. It wasn't on cable, but on Apple TV. I'm sure it wouldn't be a problem for others, but my husband and I are not tech savvy. We had to watch Golf and Baseball in the bedroom all weekend because we could not figure out the tv in the den.

Loved this cozy condo

Loved the fact that this place felt so homey. It was bright & clean. The owners definitely put a lot of detail into this home, they designed everything in a very relaxing and simply beautiful way. The beach is so beautiful. Daily activities for kids at the pool area. Even when it rained we still swam at the beach then went to the pool and just played games in the pool. We will definitely come back to this condo!

Overall, we had a great experience!

Overall, we had a great experience. Could easily have stayed an entire week. Only issue was the TV in the main living room didn’t work. We didn’t stay long enough to call about getting it fixed. Otherwise, would highly recommend!

Recently updated and great location!

The unit has been recently updated, and in a great location. Being just a couple units away from the elevators, made the trips to and from the beach very easy. We traveled with our 3 yr, and 3 mo. old sons, who enjoyed the beach toys, and bunk beds!

Family Break

This apartment is great. It has lots of space and was well maintained. We enjoyed the balcony with the kids, and the pools and amenities are very clean. Only thing I agree with other reviews is that the refrigerator is a bit inconvenient since you can barely open the freezer door. We weren't able to use it. However, that didn't make any dents on our trip. I would recommend this to any family.

Conference Stay

Upon entering the condo the smell was like a dead fish. It was almost like they cleaned the condo with dirty water that they had used on multiple condos before. Once we did our own cleaning the property was up to par. Next on the list was the wireless name being incorrect. After a little troubleshooting I figured it out. When putting the groceries up the freezer door opens only slightly more than 1/4 because of the tight space it is in. It is almost impossible to use the freezer. Once we got settled in there were little issues but could tell this was a rental unit. Overall the stay was adequate and did the job. My family has stayed on this property the last 5 years at varying condos and this was on the low end. With all this being said i would stay on property again but would not pick this condo.

Even better than expected!

Beautiful condo that was super clean and even better than pictures show! Location is quick access to the beach, restaurants and the pool. This tower had special access to the upper level pool. Everything was great! Nice quality bedding & towels, nicely decorated and an ocean view. This was a couples trip for us but this would also be a great place to stay with kids. Highly recommend!!!

Gorgeous condo! Highly recommend!

We loved this condo! It was beautifully decorated, spacious, and clean! Very comfortable and luxurious! We prefer condos because we want amenities like W/D, full kitchen, etc. This condo was perfect for that. Everything in the condo was amazing! The wi-fi was a little wonky, but Vacasa (property manager) told us this is a known issue with Cox that they were working to resolve. Condo location and ease of access was great. Check-in process was very smooth and easy. I would happily rent this condo again. I highly recommend!
