We love staying at the Luau II. This is our second year in a row and will definitely be back. Realjoy vacations manages the property and were great with communication. The condo was clean and spacious with a balcony.

COUPLES GET AWAY

Had a great time loved the room, property and pool. Baytowne Village was fun as well. The reason for 4 stars versus 5 was the over crowding of the beach. For a private beach it is way too crowded. We went to the state park down the road to have space. This defeats the purpose of going to a private resort on the beach.

Easy Beach Access

Just stayed for a long weekend. Beach access was a short walk from the unit. Plenty of parking in the multi-level garage and the unit was quiet all but one night when another unit upstairs was playing loud music.

Loved the property!

It was a great get away for my wife and I. We loved the beach, the property was well maintained, and the proximity was fantastic. The only issue we had was the lack of clarity on how to get to our beach. Besides that minor issue, we had an awesome trip! This place is well worth your consideration.
