Umbrella/ chairs- horrible customer service

I would not recommend booking through vacasa to anyone. An umbrella/ chairs was not provided for our condo. We went to buy our own and the beach guards wouldn’t allow us to set them up. If we had known prior to the booking, we would have booked somewhere else or directly through edgewater. I reached out to customer service and they were supposed to get in touch with me. I never heard back. Horrible customer service.
