Great location for beach front vacation. We loved the beach and the views. Clean house, was enough for 15 of us. Excellent customer service.Only recommendation is to fix the second floor sliding glass door, it was jammed and extremely difficult to open and close.

Wonderful Family Vacation Spot

We had a wonderful stay with extended family at this beautiful beach front property! The location made it easy to explore everything the area has to offer, and being right on the beach was perfect for our group. The house itself is newly renovated and absolutely stunning, with every detail thoughtfully designed to create a relaxing atmosphere. We were impressed by how well-equipped the home was, from the modern kitchen to the comfortable bedrooms. Communicating with Stan was very easy as he responded quickly to any questions we had. It was the perfect spot for our family vacation, and we can’t wait to return!

The house was great but it was close to street which was very noisy at night for the two bedrooms facing street. It was also hard to get out of driveway. The circuit breaker to the 2nd floor bedroom went out two different times when it rained. we were able to figure out how to correctThey only would take one of the garbage cans on Monday and Thursday so we had a lot of trash in bags on Saturday.

Fabulous family vacay

Bella Vista was phenomenal. The home was beautiful and fully equipped. Views were breathtaking. We enjoyed watching the dolphins from our balcony. The extras were countless. Stan was very responsive. He was available to meet any needs or answer questions readily. One our favorite vacations! We Will definitely return to make more memories.

Awesome Family Vacation home

Great location in Miramar, close to restaurants but not as busy as the Destin area. The house provided ample space for each adult family to have their own bedroom and bathroom. Would definitely stay here again!

Easy breezy vacation

Our extended family of 13 take a beach vacation every year (grandparents thru age 6). This was our first time in Destin area and it was one of the best in regards to ease. With so many things provided (bedding, towels, beach towels, chairs and umbrella), it was a breeze to pack little and just enjoy the beach. The Host was easy to contact and quick to respond to any question, and even flexible in an extra request. We loved being steps off the beach, even in the storm, it was a beautiful view! Beds were comfortable. Elevator access was important and worked well (do note the elevator is accessed through two of the bedrooms). The kitchen was stocked with so many appliances and supplies and easily labeled to find it all. Walking distance to restaurants and even a coffee shop across the street. Overall great house for a large family.
