My family and I had a wonderful time at this property. The house was clean and in a safe neighborhood. In walking distance to the beach. The host made it easy to communicate with. I would definitely would recommend.

We had a wonderful time at the VRBO! It was so close to the beach and was in such a nice neighborhood. We would definitely recommend to anyone looking to travel to Miramar Beach.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: As described in the listing. It was clean and everything worked well. Had an issue with the outlet in the garage for golf cart charger but was taken care of within 24 hours. AC was limited to only 75 degrees so everyone thought it was a little warm in the house. Short distance to the beach and you have to park on the side of street across from beach and walk to the gate, kind of annoying if you are use to being very close to the beach. Would we stay there again, yes (maybe) Do you want to pay extra for the golf cart and hot tub is the question
