Great condo

Well stocked with essentials needed for cooking and a very comfortable master bed and furniture. We did not use the other bedroom. The view from this unit is simply unbeatable! Will definitely stay here again.

Everything was perfect

Unbelievable the Mainsail was perfect! The home was clean from top to bottom, everything you needed to cook with was there and the view to the beach and pool was amazing. I will definitely recommend you stay here cause I will be back for sure. Thanks me and my family reallly enjoyed our stay.

Favorite condo

This is by far the cleanest and most well kept condo I have stayed in at Mainsail. I loved all the rest but this is my new favorite! No mold growth on any vents or grout. Very comfortable bed. Great view. Condo very well stocked with all items you could ever need. Best vacation ever !

Nice Condo, great stay

The condo was clean and comfortable. It is a rental property with no pantry items or supplies provided, so condiments and such will require a trip to the store. That said, a starter kit for cleaning and laundry are provided, and the beds are comfortable and linens provided. Beach chairs and umbrella (in season) and parking are provided. The deck overlooks the water, and the amenities make for an easy, convenient and pleasant stay in Mirimar Would stay here again without hesitation.

Perfect Family Beach vacation

Clean comfortable rooms within steps of soft white sand. It made living a beach life feel like home. We had a beautiful view of the ocean and beach. The carts and elevators made moving in and out a breeze. The chair service with umbrellas let our extended bunch all hang out in one cozy place between excursions into the beautiful clear water. Some of the kids preferred the nice pool facilities to getting sand in their shorts. This was our second time to stay at Mainsail. It was great both times. God willing we will be back!

Poor service

The home was wonderful! It was nice, clean, convenient to the beach and pool. However, the service was horrible. I understand that in this day of COVID that some things may have changed. I tried to call several days in advance to see if there was a bell desk because we didn’t have check in until 4. The hold times were over two hours most times. The company texted me the day before and said to reply to the text if I needed anything. I immediately replied with my question. I received an answer back 36 hours later. We had problems finding the condo. It is listed at 1122. There are not 11 floors. What they meant was, building 1, condo #122. And when we called the number to find the condo we were on hold 45 minutes, and that was with pressing the numbers saying we were currently in the condo and needed help. If there had been a problem with the door code to get in we would have had the same wait time. We only saw someone in the office 1 day so we couldn’t get anyone to answer questions. There needs to be more staff available to answer questions and supply support. While I loved the condo and location, I am highly unlikely to book with this company again, so only 3 stars.

Great location

This property was beautiful with great views of the beach and everything you need for the stay. My only complaint is the property owner must provide a code for the thermostat. The fan in the master bedroom made a knocking noise so we didn't use it and it got a little stuffy at night. We werent able to adjust the temperature. Emailed the property and received a initial response saying that they contacted someone and would provide information ASAP, but I never received any further communication.

Enjoyed our stay but needs attention

We enjoyed our stay location and views were great. Condo itself had a toilet that just didn’t flush correctly even after maintenance can to work on it. Also pull out couch had a frame (bed) that was not useable so take a blowup mattress if you were to need the pull out couch.

The condo we stayed in was very nice and clean. The property itself needs a lot of updates and park.

The service I contacted to rent the condo was adequate but the person I was communicating with led me astray on the parking.

Fabulous

The location is perfect. Loved having the beach just a short walk away. Great condo. Great experience. One of the kids beds was "creeky" according to my kids. So they chose the couch bed. Other than that everything was so great. Thanks for letting us stay there.

A lovely place to vacay!!

Room 1122 at the Mainsail in Miramar was absolutely wonderful! The condo was very nice and comfortable. Our view of the beach was beautiful. The amenities were perfect for a girls trip that consisted of 3 generations ranging from 11 to 70 years old. There were plenty of elevators available and were rarely crowded. If they were, the two flights of stairs were definitely manageable in order to avoid any coronavirus exposures. Beach service that included 2 beach chairs and an umbrella was very nice to have but get there early or they go quick. Destin is just a short drive away but staying in Miramar is much less crowded and more peaceful. I highly recommend this condo!!

Wonderful Stay

We stayed in this condo for a week vacation to the Destin area. The condo was very clean and nice. It lived up to every expectation. I will be recommending this condo to friends and family. The view of the ocean was great and the location was perfect for a beach getaway. Highly recommended.
