Great affordable condo

This condo was great for a weekend getaway. Room was nice, beach within walking distance, and pool right as you walk out front entrance. Great affordable getaway place in Sandestin.

Wonderful Stay

Cute little condo

This condo was perfect for a beach trip with my teen daughter - bright, clean, and comfortable. While no beach view, it is pretty. The owners provide beach chairs (which have built in pockets and even a cooler pocket to take all the drinks!), which are appreciated for guests who fly in and cant bring their own! We had to move rooms due an a/c issue - Vacasa was responsive and did what they needed to do to make us comfortable - and the new condo had a view. What a difference! If you are into views and are booking this condo to save money, I would spend a little more and get the view. It literally made our vacation complete (thank you Vacasa!). If you're indifferent then this cute little condo is perfect for you!

Very clean & Nicely furnished room, but slow internet and building hallways/common areas need upd...

Loved the property location and the condition of the unit. The internet is very slow & inconsistent. Hallways and other interior common areas are dated & worn. The building exterior is well kept and the pool is nice. We could not get access to the owner’s storage unit to access beach chairs, due to not being given the storage unit number and code. We called Vacasa and we were told they would text us or leave a vm with the information to access the storage but nobody ever responded. Unfortunately, we didn’t bring our chairs because the listing said chairs were provided.

Misleading

This is not a "home" Its a hotel with no services. You have to clean your own towels because they won't give you more. The washer and dryer are in the basement and you'd have to stand there and wait. You have to take out your own trash. There's no housekeeping. They have minimal dishes and no utensils. There's not even coffee or basic amenities you'd expect in a hotel.The tiny fridge and microwave hold almost nothing. Its a sad excuse for a kitchenette. The term home is absurd. It's a 20 story hotel and the room is so small. Really not big enough for more than two people. We were there for 4 days and one of the two elevators was broken the entire time. You could easily wait 20 minutes and hope that there was even room available or you'd have to wait again. Everything was disappointing and I would not stay there again. The only positive was a nice pool and a close walk to the beach.

All you need!

This rental was exactly what we needed. Perfect location, easy to access, being so close to everything on the resort was so awesome. Just take the elevator down to the pool, go across the street for the beach or restaurant. The room was extremely clean and owner provided beach chairs and extra sheets/blankets/pillows. We are very happy with our decision and stay and will definitely be back!

Above average experience

The experience in Destin was great! However there were a few things that I didn’t like. The checkout time is extremely early with no grace period to extend. I felt rushed the morning checking out. The cleaning crew arrived to the room at 10:00 am exactly. Also, the smell of the hallway heading to the room was pretty bad maybe because the room was located by the trash disposal. Other than that they stay went well enough.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This our first time renting a condo and Turnkey kept me updated through the process. The room very nice and clean. Only the baseboard were somewhat dusty. Overall it great room for 2. The pool and the hot tub was great and short walk to the beach was fine. The only thing that I had concern was the code to get into the foyer and open the condo door are to long and hard to memorize. I did have codes on my cell phone. I did finally memorize them day before leaving. Overall it was great experience.

Exactly as described!!!

The location, conditon, amenities, accessibility, etc were all exactly as described. The communication was great. Check in/out process was communicated clearly and in a timely manner. It came via both text and email so all was at my fingertips as needed. Walk to beach was not bad either. Overall great experience and I would definately use TURNKEY again.
