Great property, could work on communication.

This was a beautiful condo. Very spacious. Very nice gathering areas inside and out. Had a couple of communication issues with property management. Slow to respond on a weekend. Sandestin resort is fantastic!

Great VACA

My Vacation Haven property management company would check in everyday to see how our stay was going. There were very quick to respond when we had questions.The location was great located right inside Sandestin Beach Resort which meant easy and quick access in and out of resort. The property was extremely clean. The layout was very nice and spacious. Kitchen was fully equipped with all appliances working properly. The golf cart was a great bonus since we could visit the beach and go shopping within the resort without moving our vehicle.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved this space would rent it over and over again however due to terrible customer service we will no longer be renting from MyVacationHaven. I would recommend this location (Augusta Village) to a friend just not through MyVacationHaven. The layout was perfect for a family. Great common spaces and kitchen fully stocked with what you needed.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was a nice house there was a problem with the outlets. The coffee maker didn’t work and there was a problem with bugs. The rental company My Vacation Haven got us a coffee maker quickly and had the property sprayed but that didn’t take effect until after we left.
