Perfect place to start a new year!

The apartment is so well located. The view is outstanding, could not take my eyes out these blue waters. Stan is very responsive to any question you may have, but all you need to stay with your family including two kids (4-7 yrs) is already there: from a fully equipped kitchen, to very cleaned bathrooms with extra set of towels, you will also find sand play set, DVD, monopoly etc… EVERYTHING!I highly recommend this property and Stan!

Exceptional 10/10

We had the best week making memories with our family. The ocean views from balcony is exceptional with short walk to the beach. The condo was as described very clean and spacious for a family. Stan was awesome he always responded quickly to any questions or concerns. We will diffently be staying here again.

Wonderfully High Standard

Very clean, so well equipped, and quite comfortable. Before the stay, my question was answered quickly and clearly. During the stay, when I needed help, my text was answered very promptly and the issue was fixed promptly as well. This unit manager operated in the high standard he promised! We would love to stay again in the future.

Best Family Beach Trip

First of all, the photos don't do this place justice. It is way larger than it appears. It was extremely clean and the first thing I noticed was how good it smelled when we walked in. My family of a 1 and 3 year old and 6 adults were more than comfortable. I enjoyed the proximity to many restaurants and just a step across the street to the beach. Everything I needed was already here, including extra laundry supplies, numerous cleaning supplies, Febreeze air freshener, aluminum foil, plenty of toilet paper & paper towels. I typically pack all this stuff so it was a surprise to find them all there waiting for me. There were also some toiletries in the bathroom. The kitchen had ample space and all we needed to make coffee, tea, and many meals. The views of the beach were beautiful. If you have a young child like us, then you can fit a small pack n play in the walk in closet of the main bedroom so its darker. The windows let in lots of light so request or bring your blackout curtains if needed. The beds were comfortable and the showers had good pressure. I really appreciated that we had a wagon and beach/pool supplies at our disposal as well. I have this property saved for next year in case we make it back. I highly recommend it.

Amazing!

Y’all this place is amazing! The instant shock as you enter and look across at the view is worth it. The corner location brought in plenty of light to make this condo feel bright and cheerful. I was amazed to see there were plenty of household items we needed for the week. The week here was nothing but perfect. Looking forward to staying here again next year!
