Great location, pools and views

We enjoyed our short stay here, wish we could have stayed longer. Easy check-in process, plenty of parking, free wi-fi, clean, plenty of space, great A/C, and huge balcony with great views!

Perfect Rental

The condo was perfect. It was spacious enough for our needs and proximity to the beach was perfect. Being able to look out onto the ocean each day was perfect. The communication with the owner was seamless and accounted for everything that we could have needed for an enjoyable trip. The HOA rules were a little annoying but with a property this size I guess it's necessary.

Pots and pans

The pots and pans in particular were not clean. They all had food left on them. Other than that we had a nice time. The place was just right for a quick getaway to the beach.

This place was nasty

There were plastic liquor bottles behind the night stand for the previous people. The sheets had not been changed on the front bedroom. The stove was nasty and looked like someone had burnt the glass top on it. There were cobwebs all under the cabinets. The glass door overlooking the Ocean had hand prints all over it, and one of the chairs on the balcony was broke. The walls were all scratched up and the curtain in the master bathroom fell off and hit me in the head when I was closing it to go to bed. The condo did have a great view.

Nice little getaway!

Overall check in process and communication with property manager was great. Master bedroom was our only complaint as the mattress was terrible but it was fine for the short amount of time we were there. Beautiful location and the communication with property manager was excellent. No additional perks as in beach towels for people with limited luggage brought that would have been nice to not have to go and buy. Again no worries and didn’t affect the overall greatness of the rental.

Loved it!

We would definitely stay here again! The owner was very quick to respond and always nice. The condo was well kept and in a great location. There is a restaurant/bar at the bottom of the hotel that is really good…and convenient.

Needs a Thorough Cleaning and Update

Our family has stayed at Ariel Dunes three previous visits in varying condos and I would rank this the lowest on the list. The unit was very outdated and in need of a deep clean. Most of the appliances and furniture need to be updated and the kitchen was lacking many necessities that you would expect in a condo. Several articles of clothing were damaged beyond repair by the dryer and the freezer was covered in frost buildup. There were layers of dust accumulated on the air vents and overall the unit just felt grimy. Ariel Dunes as a whole is wonderful, with great pools and convenient beach access. I would highly recommend staying at the resort, just not this particular unit.

Condo is in a great location

Although the place was fully booked we never had to wait long for an elevator or had difficulties finding a parking spot. The only thing missing in the condo were clothing hangers. They had a total of four hangers for a 2 bedroom condo. The view is incredible and I would stay there again. It could use a few upgrades but nothing major.

Love Ariel Dunes!!!

The location is great, the view is beautiful, the pools are awesome. This condo is the perfect size for a family of 4-6. The pool is great for young kids. I love that there is a bar and restaurant downstairs. Short walk to the beach. Will definitely come back again! Thanks for a great stay!!!
