Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit is not in the best shape for what they Constant noise from water heater made it hard to sleep. Icemaker didn't work and the unit had cockroaches. Seascape did not disclose these issues or fixed them when contacted and is ignoring/doing nothing about my complaint which is unprofessional.

No complaints, with the exception of the fridge - water only, no ice.It would be nice if there was a chair in the unit.

Ariel Dunes Room 405 Need Serious Renovations / Up Keep

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Ariel Dunes Room 405 need to be RENOVATED. The furniture is outdated. The mattress is old. It sinks in the middle and need new bedding. The box mattress has visible stains. Some of the towels and wash cloth also had stains. Carpet in bedroom need to be replace. The room was poorly clean - visible dust on furniture and ceiling fan. Seems like dust came out the vent every time the air came on. The walls could use a new coat of paint. The balcony need better furniture considering it was ocean view. The 2 plastic chairs wasn't very inviting. The property location and amenities was good.

Reviewer Comments: When we arrived the floors in the kitchen area was sticky and my wife had to clean it. Our mattress on the bed is so worn out that it sags in the middle and my wife slept on the couch. Both toilets kept running due to bad tank seals. TV in bedroom didn't work. Not what we thought we would get for what we paid.

Reviewer Comments: Loved the location, everyone had a great time!The only issue was having 4 wristbands vs. 6.We didnt need them all, but said we would be charged for any missing ones.Also, there was only 2 forks in all the silverware, but plenty of butter knives. Management said they would send more when they came to fix the toilet, which didn't flush due to broken part. They did fix that fast, but we never received the forks. We had some plastic ones in our vehichle to use. A couple light bulbs need replacing, and the remotes need batteries but those weren't a big deal. Just a bit more detail to those maintenance things would be appreciated by next guests! Overall, we would try it again!
