Highly recommend

Perfect!!! We had 7 adults and 8 teenage boys for their senior trip. It was a perfect trip. The property was comfortable and extremely clean. Highly recommend!!!

Great house!

The house was wonderful. Alex was amazing at communicating very quickly with the questions we had. The drive to the beach was a little further that what we expected but the golf cart that was included was a lifesaver! Loved how we were just a few steps from the pool area. Overall- it was wonderful and as expected from the listing.

Fun, clean house. Clubhouse was nice. Only complaint would be the check time of 5pm which is later than standard checkin times.

Late Fall vacation

Amazing memories

Emerald Dream was perfect for our family of 17. This was my first beach trip with all my kids and grandchildren and it didn't disappoint! We will definitely look to book for our next trip.

Perfect Place for Family and Friends

The house was amazing. It worked out perfect for our large group. The game room was a real bonus for keeping our teenagers entertained. We had quick responses to all our needs. The pool area was great

Excellent location for families

Beautiful home close to beach. New, clean and great layout for 3 families with teens. We all had our own space but room to hang out as well. Videos games and pool table a plus!

Great house for the family

House was top notch in almost every way. Chris went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and would enjoy our time. The house is close to shops and very close to the beach access. Beds were very comfy and the bathrooms are luxurious. I am very pleased with our stay with Destin Dreamers.

2021 Destin Family vacation

Our stay in Miramar Beach Florida was awesome. The house was very nice and fit our family of 12 perfectly. The kids enjoyed the pool, riding in the golf cart that was provided, and the beach nearby. The beds felt like we were sleeping on clouds. We look forward to coming back again next year.

Miramar beach

Beautiful house located in a nice neighborhood. House is very spacious and has nice decor. Bedrooms and bathroom are very nice clean and spacious. Pool area is nice with grilling area to accommodate guests. 2 of the tv’s in the Poo area didn’t work but we made due. Enjoyed my stay a liked the location and convince of shopping areas

Great Place for a Large Grouo

We had 4 families and there was plenty of room for all of us! Public beach access is conveniently located at the end of the road. It was so easy with the golf cart! Chris is great! Gave us good recommendations for fireworks and even brought a crockpot over for us to use. We really enjoyed our stay here!

Everything & More

The first thing I said is, “it looks just like the advertisement.” My party consisted of 8 to include 5 more family members that joined us to hang out over the weekend. When I say Emerald Paradise was everything, I mean it delivered on all levels from the actual accommodation to the customer service. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves and agree that we will do it again. 5 Stars across the board!

Wonderful Week

Our stay was perfect! The house was even better in person. Everything we needed to make our stay great. The golf cart was perfect for trips back and forth to the beach. We had six adults and ten kids in the house during our stay and we had plenty of room. Huge refrigerator had no problem accommodating groceries for 16 people. We hung out at the pool quite a bit during our stay. Plenty of lounge chairs and shade in the pool area along with Big Green Egg grills for cooking out. Chris was so helpful with everything! We had a wonderful experience!

Perfect house

My husband,myself, our two adult daughters and their families stayed for three nights. This home is beautiful and very well equipped. It is a ten minute walk to the beach but with the golf cart that is supplied, you can make it in a couple minutes. There is public beach parking at the beach for the golf carts. It was perfect. We had ages from 7-60 and we all felt at home. Pool area is within 2 minutes of unit. Very nice pool area. Beware of the bunk beds with tv's at the end of them. Your children will beg for some like that when you leave. There is construction of a few units going on but within a few months I would think it will be done. The construction did not pose an issue with our stay.

Emerald Dream Dreaming

Our stay in June at Emerald Dream was amazing. The house is in a small community a short walk to beach at Pompano Joe’s. Golf cart was great for trips to beach and ice cream shop. House is beautiful with very comfortable beds. Rooms block out noise so sleeping with noisy teens or neighbors was easy. Kitchen is huge with great table for crowd. The house is decorated in a really cool beach style with comfy chairs. The decks are also great to hang out on and watch the weather roll in. We had a few issues when we got there and the property managers, Destin Dreamers were quick to respond and just generally kind and competent. The pool area is nice and filled with happy kids/families on the regular. We had everything we needed to make several meals. Kitchen does need hot pads and a few extra kitchen towels. Plenty of beach towels provided. Beach chairs need replaced but we rented the umbrellas and chairs so used those instead. The pool table and video game were a big hit with everyone. The enormous tv was also great for family movie night. Our teens loved the bunk rooms. We will definitely be back.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! It was very clean & looked just like the photos. Great location & very close to the beach. You can walk to it or use the golf carts that are included. Very spacious living area w/ a beautiful kitchen & appliances. We decided to use the golf cart on our last day of stay which was a Sunday and the garage door stopped working so we couldn't open it to use the golf cart. I called the number that was provided but was worried when a text followed saying they are available Mon- Sat. I texted the number back just to see if we would hear back even though it was Sunday & we did! They were easy to reach in the event of a problem & also very responsive. We weren't at the house any longer when they reached back out to try to help fix the garage so I told them I would follow their instructions upon our return. Before we arrived back I received a text message saying that the had already come by and fixed the garage door! I loved the initiative! I'll be back. :)
