Love the area

I have stayed in this area several times but not this particular condo. It was a little farther walk to the beach but it was the only exercise I got. Once I get to the beach I sit and enjoy the view and waves. My favorite place!

Amazing Condo w/ Gorgeous View

We went down to Miramar Beach for a short family vacation. The condo was was in a great location, just a short walk to the beach. The living room furniture could def use updating but I wouldn’t take away from the score because of outdated pillows. We had a small issue at checkin that was taken care of immediately! Would def recommend this property!

Great condo and great location

Condo was very nice, internet worked well, and beds were comfortable. The condo building was great because it has a restaurant located downstairs, heated and not heated pools and is very close to the ocean. I also loved how there are so many restaurants and activities within a short drive.

My 3th year staying in the same condo and i still loveing it!

No handy cap access to beach. Carpet left our feet and grandbabies legs black. Dishwasher didn't wor

Property was not up to date. It smelled musty from the carpet. No blankets. Dishwasher didn't clean dishes. Hard to get the baby's stuff to beach, just had stairs. Nice view and easy to grocery store and eat places. It took me 3 days to find management office. No signs or directions to Wyndham office to get my parking pass. Please take these comments to help other tenants because I was not the only one in this situation.

Second time I’ve stayed in AD1 2007 and loved it both times!

Second time I’ve stayed at AD1 2007 and will try and book it next time I come back before I do another unit. Seascape has been a great help both times as I have driven 950 miles over night just to get there and let me check in a little early both times. Hats off to the owners of the condo and the resort owners.
