Loud at night

Pros - close to beach Cons - bathroom doors didn't latch all the way. Bunk bed mattresses are thin. Every noise in the hallway is heard in the bedroom. Don't stay here if you're a light sleeper.

Great place to stay

Only problem was the lock code had to call a bunch of times and get changed...inconvenient and I did get connected with a live person who really tried to help right away. The facility is awesome...off season of course so prices are lower but worth every penny and would do again

Perfect fit for my group!

A group of 6 of my friends decided to come to Miramar Beach for a little getaway but wanted to do it on a budget! This place was the perfect fit for us and what we were looking for in a place to stay. We just wanted a place to land at the end of the day with space for all of us to unwind peacefully. The balcony was amazing and plenty of room in the kitchen to make dinners. The walk to the beach wasn't bad, and the proximity to everything was easy and convenient.

Last minute getaway

We’ve stayed at Seascape several times before and always love the area and the condos we’ve stayed in at Ariel Dunes II. I’d love to give this condo 4 stars but due to the dirty/stained carpet and bad mattress/box spring, I can’t! With some upgrades this condo would be perfect. This condo has a Great view, great area/beaches and stocked well with essentials needed for a vacation. We enjoyed our last minute getaway

Our door code didn't work. Took over an hour and two calls to get in the room. There is no on-site help with check ins. When maintenance did call, he was effecient and friendly, he had us in the room within 3 minutes. The two bunk bed mattresses were so thin you felt like you were laying directly on the wood. Bring extra blankets, the bedding is basically a sheet. This room was directly in front of the elevator and the bedroom had a window to the hallway so it was VERY loud. The balcony furniture was great, although we did have an issue with lots of things falling down onto us from up above ie cereal, chips, black olives. The walk to the beach was easy. Also although there is a gate and someone watching this gated area during the day. The gate is unmanned and gates left open at night. We liked the location and the size of the room, easy access to beach. Due to the noise, we will not stay here again. These issues are all things i look for when finding a place. If you can fall asleep easy and stay asleep, would be a great place for you.

at first glance, lovely, well decorated....inviting, great location to beach, but renter BEWARE!

Ultimately: Mattress was awful, could hardly walk after sleeping on it. Plus shower liner was filthy. Both of these should have been replaced a long time ago. At the very least you expect cleanliness and a decent mattress. Beware of renting this condo!!!

Very Poor Unit

Many things wrong with this unit. The bed had plastic mattress pad and very noisy. Cabinet doors fell of in living room. Front and back door security locks didn't work. Furniture in Very bad shape. Not even good enough for Goodwill. Stools in the unit were poor. I had to take screws out of other stools to make two usable and safe ones. The carpet really needs replacing even after it was cleaned. The fridge leaked, even after previous review, and was to be replaced. TV quit with 8 days to go, and never replaced. This unit should not have been on the rental site. Only good thing about this unit was the view and patio furniture.

Great little condo

The condo had everything we needed for our stay and was a close walk to the beach. Close to restaurants and shopping. The pools are clean and well maintained. We would definitely stay here again.

1st the entry code would not word. You had 2 program a new 1. 2nd the deadbolt won’t work....

The condo was good, the issues were with vicassa

When we got to our room, the keypad was not working. After a half hour on the phone they got us a new code that worked. The freezer was making noise in the middle of the night but vicassa adjusted my bill to compensat us. The condo was great, clean and well taken care of.

Par for the course

The code they sent was wrong so after 30 min or so, 3rd code was a charm. There was supposed to be 2 parking passes but there were none. By the night 1 pass showed up. No other one was ever sent after several requests. Several electrical outlets were out so took a while to be able to charge phone. Other than those issues, loved the location, view, amenities and would stay here again. Vacasa May have just been overwhelmed with people and were too busy to help. The unit was great despite those issues

Great location and view!

Nice condo and the location was perfect. This condo is appointed nicely, with everything needed for a short stay. Beds are a bit uncomfortable but not a deal breaker. Close and convenient with secure parking. We would stay here again.
