Family Vacation Fun

This vacation home was beautiful and exactly as described. It was super clean and the second refrigerator came in handy for drinks. There was plenty of parking and lots of space for a large group. The kids loved the pool. My only suggestion would be to have a mat by the back door for people coming in and out from the pool area. Bring your own beach and pool towels as none are provided. We had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend Frangista Breeze.

Spring Break Vacation

We had a wonderful stay! We loved the short walk to the beach. The house was clean and beautifully decorated. The kids loved the pool! The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. We loved that there was a second refrigerator, which we used for drinks.

Great time in Miramar Beach!

This is the second time we have stayed at this house. It is in a great location close to restaurants and the beach. The pool and hot tub are amazing!

Thanksgiving at the Beach

Great location, great corner lot. Outdoor space and pool was awesome! Nice tropical landscaping and plenty of outdoor room to hang out and grill. Kitchen was a little small for prepping meals for a larger group but still manageable. Had an issue with the pool heater, but host and staff were outstanding getting it resolved and working for us. We really enjoyed our holiday and would definitely come back!

Excellent House!!

We had a few issues that were quickly resolved. We would definitely stay here again. The only recommendation I would make is to leave some basic cleaning supplies for guests. Re a mop and some household cleaner. We had to hit up the store for them. Having these on hand would make it easier for upkeep during our stay and departure. Wonderful stay at Frangista Breeze

We really enjoyed staying at this property. Great location. Pool and hot tub were fantastic. Very clean and just as advertised. Would definitely stay here again.

Spacious Comfortable House

We liked the house, although getting a bit dated and tired, but found the furnishings comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked and having a second fridge freezer was great. Unfortunately there is a lot of construction going on all around us so it was noisy. We were disappointed there was no cable tv. Just streaming. Gardeners didn’t show up for 5 weeks so we had to clean up all the tree debris around the pool area. Quite a long walk to the private access to the beach.

Property was clean and updated. Location was good to surrounding eateries and shopping. Pool and spa were the highlight of the property. Pet friendly was a plus. A great experience!

91 Miami Miramar beach

Nice property at great location ! Backyard very nice ! Only negative is they could have more essentials there so you don’t have to buy dishwasher soap and trash bags etc. could use beach towels since we are at the beach and most people fly to vacation so they wouldn’t have those with them and could use a cooler for the beach . Washing machine didn’t work as well. But with that said it’s nice we would stay again.

Wonderful Time!

My whole side of the family came and spent several days. The property was clean and very nice. We had a few questions while we were there, it was answered quickly and the issues were handled. We had a wonderful time. It’s a good distance from the beach. We were able to walk with no issues and also had the privacy of being off the beach.

Girls Trip

we had a great girls trip here with 16 moms. The location was perfection! The house was very clean and spacious, and the pool was just the right size. Everything is walkable. The house was very clean and had a super nice additional Butler's pantry, that was very large with an extra fridge. That was a happy surprise. I would definitely stay here again, and again, and again.

Miramar Beach stay

The house and location were great! I wish there would have been more supplies available, only 1 roll of paper towels for a 4 day stay in a house for 11 people. There was trash (water bottles) outside around the pool area and the oven hadn’t been cleaned. Ice maker on the fridge didn’t produce much.

This is a beautiful place BUT…This host is not accommodating at all for early check in even if it was just our bags in the house. We only wanted to check in to put our bags in at 3pm so us 15 girls didn’t have to carry luggage around so that was annoying right off the bat.Next, the air upstairs wasn’t working so it was hot when we got ready for dinner — maintenance did come that evening and fixed it.Secondly, the pool was a big reason why we got this Vrbo. Turns out the pool was 102 degrees. We asked someone to come out immediately, they did and said it would be fixed the next morning. Next morning comes around still a sauna pool. they came out again said it would be ready the next day and it never was. We could not use the pool as it was 102 degrees in 88 degree weather. This loses the value on the house ten fold. I would like back for this.Thirdly, they give us a starter kit of toilet paper for each room of two rolls. Each bathroom only had one so we went through it and asked more our extra like we should and they weren’t nice about it. Fourthly, the images on the rooms online will fool you into thinking there is another bedroom. There is not. There was also mold in the shower upstairs. Lastly, it is not a 2 min walk to the beach. It’s a 9 minutes walk since that is where our beach access is. So the listing isn’t truthful LOLFor others looking at this place, I would think twice and find another spot in the area!

Family Fall Trip

Pros: Great location! Short walk to the beach, private access and nice chair service. Great pool; we opted to heat during our stay and loved it! Large house; plenty of room and lots of sleeping options. Loved having access to the golf cart too! Overall clean. Property management company was VERY responsive…even on little things. Cons: kitchen minimally stocked; should have simple kitchen staples like olive oil, salt, pepper, basic spices… we had to buy. Broken pan, no cleaning supplies, etc. Towels/linens; very basic/low grade, no beach towels available (listing should reflect this). Some attention to detail is needed; deep cleaning of floors, bathroom tile, vents, etc. Overall, very nice property. Would stay again.
