Spectacular View / Perfect Stay

The condo was great. Clean, up to date with awesome views in a perfect neighborhood inside Sandestin, the best Resort with the best beaches on the Gulf Coast of Florida.

Great but....

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay in Steell Magnolia except for the noise. We were on the bottom floor and the guests on the second floor and all day and night it sounded like they were coming through the ceiling. We thought it might be the guests being noisy but they left and new guests arrived and it was as noisy as before. If there was a way to make it more soundproof, it would be the BEST! However, the noise was unbearable.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The apartment was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. The location is perfect with gorgeous views of the Bay as well as fireworks at night. I would stay there again, but not on the first floor as the people above us sounded like a herd of elephants morning and night. Besides that, it was wonderful!

Perfect Stay at Sandestin

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The apartment is located in a very nice resort. The access to the pools, beache and Supermarket Publix is very easy. We were often on the way with the Colfcart. You meet a very friendly communityThe apartment is very well furnished with high quality furniture. The kitchen is very well equipped. Everything is there, including a very good BBQ on the terrace.Bedrooms and bathrooms are also very good and everything is very clean.I never met the rental management on the phone or in person. But this is a very very good sign, because the booking, check in and check out was all perfectly organized!!! I can highly recommend the apartment and of Course the agency. We will comeback one day.

Amazing location and views in San Destin

This is an absolutely fantastic property! It’s an end unit where you can clearly see the water from the back deck. We were able to get everywhere easily, and it was very spacious for just the two of us. Usually will find a rental that has most of the things we need, but we were pleasantly surprised to find that this particular condo had everything we needed and wanted. The resort itself is absolutely beautiful, and we found that there were so many restaurants close to us that we didn’t even cook the entire time we were there. We have already booked for a week this summer because it’s perfect for our two teenagers as well. Plenty of things in the resort for them to do and it’s within walking distance of everything.

Know before you go

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall fantastic place to relax and enjoy both beautiful views of the bay and gold course! Just know it is a bottom floor unit so there is noise from unit overhead. The noise we encountered was only walking, not verbal, so it was bearable for us. The worse complaint is that both beds mattresses are extremely hard! I felt like i was sleeping on a wooden floor....very uncomfortable so I never got a full night of good rest. I sleep on a firm mattress at home but this was above “firm”. Other than the mattress issue, great place to stay. We had plenty of room and everything we needed. Communication from vacation haven was very attentive. The patio is only furnished with a high top dining table and chairs. It would be nice to have lounging chairs with the ability to sit out and enjoy the views without climbing to a bar stool height.
