Our second time at this building, first in this particular unit. Location of the building is perfect. Would like the unit to have more amenities for families, maybe a few board games, cards etc. Keurig would be nice, and definitely more bedding and pillows.

Beautiful view, close proximity to beach. Curtains removed, blood on sheets, box fan didn’t work and toilets in both bathrooms kept running. Management eventually did take care of most of it.

Have stayed at Leeward Key 2 other times and was very happy with the condo each time. This condo (although a bit cheaper than most others in the building) needs an extreme makeover. Mostly cosmetic and minor repairs but also just sone general updating. The paint was peeling off the cabinets in the kitchen, there were handles broken off of the dressers in both bedrooms, towel racks in the bathroom that had fall and not been replaced and the handle was broken off of the microwave. I love the location and the facility but will choose a different condo next time.

Garbage disposal and washer both didn’t work(they did come and fix garbage disposal on our last day). Ac vents had mold and saw multiple cockroaches throughout our stay. Very disappointing because we’ve stayed at Leeward Key back to back for 8 years and this is the only time we’ve had a bad experience.

Very nice property. Very clean. Beautiful view. Walking distance to several restaurants. I was just disappointed that I wasn’t given details about the property. Like… you need red bands to access the pool and the beach and where they are located in the condo. I was not given a parking pass upon arrival. The pass wasn’t in the condo. I called and they said a maintenance person would deliver it. Never received one. Went to the office downstairs. I was told one would be left on the door. Never delivered. I had two towing stickers on my vehicle. The last day, I was finally given a parking pass at the office. Just frustrating. We did enjoy our stay. Very relaxing but please make the bands more accessible along with the parking pass. Also, the water in the bathtubs are either very hot or cold, there is no in between. Cannot adjust the water. Thanks!

Loved the location, clean rooms, and accessibility to the property owners. They reached out a couple times during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely stay at this condo again!

It was very nice, had plenty of towels, etc. The pool on the beach was nice. Check in was flawless. Vacasa called us during the stay to make sure everything was OK and there was actually a Vacasa representative on site. Close to Publix, right next door to an awesome restaurant. The bedroom with 3 beds was very useful. The patio was amazing. My 11 year old son and I sat out there one morning and watched the sun rise. It faces the beach and was amazing!

We have been staying in Leeward Key for years, but this was the first time in this unit. Loved the bunk bed option for my 3 kids to be able to fit into a 2 BR condo. It was clean with all the amenities. Since we have stayed in other units this one has not been updated like others, but it was still functional! I'd recommend a high top table for the balcony so you can see the ocean better without looking at railings. Vacasa was very quick to respond to requests (couldn't figure out TV and 2 wrist bands didn't work). Would definitely stay here again.

Our family of 5 vacations in Destin every year. This is our 14th trip and I think we found our new favorite condo! It included all the necessities and more, very spacious, right across from the elevator and a super short walk to the beach. We loved it and will book again in the future.

Our stay at Leeward Key was amazing. The view from the living room and the master bedroom is breath taking. There is a full kitchen with everything you would need to cook a meal, 2 clean bathrooms with towels and a ton of space. The location is ideal, with a private beach across the street and 2 private pools. We will be staying again!

We enjoyed the stay, but did not understand why we could not get replenishment on towels and toilet paper. We had to make a store run just to have toilet paper. The property manager would not respond to messages and the down stairs staff would not supply it either.

The pictures don’t do this property justice. The condo seems much bigger than the pics make it out to be. Beds were comfortable, furnishings were up to date, bathrooms stocked with towels, etc. I could go on and on. The condo also had a perfect view of the ocean. :) We tend to stay at a different condo each summer- because we just haven’t found the perfect one… well, I think we found it!!! We will definitely be back!!!
