Great location!

We rented two units this year and we love staying at the LeeWard Key condos. The units are clean, it’s easy to get to the private feeling beach, and it’s kids friendly!

Wonderful View

I was pleased with the property, especially the view. Every day started on the balcony with my coffee and looked at the beautiful colors of the water and sky.

Perfect week

We had a perfect week at Miramar, great view of the ocean and beach from the 4th floor condo and less than 100 steps to our chairs on the beach. The only negative (very small) was the dysfunctional coffee maker, that needs to be replaced. Every other amenity and property feature was exceptional. I was sad to see that this property will stop accepting pets in September, otherwise would stay there again in a second. But when we travel, our small dogs come with. Leeward Key 405 was great!

Fabulous visit to Miramar Beach in the Destin area! Condo is nicely appointed, has everything you need, super clean and attractively decorated. Perfect little balcony for us to enjoy in the mornings and evenings. Would definitely revisit!

Awesome vacation!!

The condo was a great place with two pools. Very clean knowing it was a pet friendly condo. Property mgr was quick to activate if we had any minor issues. Highly recommend Leeward Key 405.

Leeward Key #405 Miramar Beach FL

Our stay was good. A few issues came up during our three months stay and Becky was very quick to fix them and respond to these few minor issues. I recommend a thorough cleaning of the unit as the floors , and under the bed were dusty and and full of dust bunnies. Some new cooking pots would be helpful as one was burnt when we checked in. Overall I recommend this rental for the heated pool and closeness to the beach.

average, not great

the property itself was great but this condo was not the best. we rented 2 condos on the 4th floor and the other was much nicer for around the same price. the mattresses in each room were old and very uncomfortable and there were a few other issues such as the jacuzzi tub had black mildew that came out when we first turned it on, batteries that had corroded in one of the remotes, etc. We did leave this info on the checklist for the manager when we left. The property was very nice, great elevators, quiet and not as crowded as other areas and great location to the beach, nice pools, etc.
