Great view of the ocean in a great condo

The condo had an amazing view of the ocean, we had a fun time watching the many dolphins. The entire complex community was very nice. My kids had a fun time on the basketball and pickleball courts. We didn’t use the pool much but the bar and bathroom made it very convenient vs having to go up to the condo midday. Only watch out for future guests is the condo (any condo at Tides, in fact) do not provide beach towels. We had to buy some since we didn’t bring any. Overall, we got super lucky with the weather in early April and would recommend the resort and this condo.

Great condo - updated and clean

Unit 302 is a great rental! Updated and clean, zero complaints. The kitchen was stocked as expected for a rental - we always expect to not have everybody we need but the necessities were there. We went in September which was perfect - get the trip insurance for cheap and go then when most kiddos are in school and you don’t have to wait long waits for dinner. :) I needed help with wifi late at night (for a device our baby used) and was able to text vacasa guest services and get a reply quickly. For future reference, the wifi password they send you might not be accurate so check when you get there.

Great Location & view

The condo had a fresh modern decor. However, we had several issues. We had to call about A/C upon arrival, the temp was not cool, the thermostat was not working. Later, we discovered the washing machine & dryer were beyond noisy. It one point a kitchen cabinet fell of its hinge, though we were told at check in, it had been repaired that same day. Obviously that repair did not hold. And last but not least, as we like to cook our meals, the kitchen pots & pans were very oddly equipped. Lots of "mixed bag" pans, but with no lids !

Wonderful trip!

Condo was adorable and had plenty of space! Loved having 3 beds in the guest room. The master bed was broken on the side and the kids kept knocking into the wooden piece that was hanging but other than that, very comfortable and wasn’t a huge issue since they’re older. Pool, tiki bar, etc was all wonderful! We will be back!

Love the location and the units. Great views, beach is super, pool and bar is wonderful. Unit needs to provide more accessories. Tv remote instructions are lacking. Paper and pens would be nice. Some simple cleaning supplies are needed.

We love staying at Tops’l! This condo has beautiful views of the beach & pool. I could smell the clean when I walked in. We all fit very comfortably. My only suggestion for improvement would be bigger coffee cups. I need a bigger cup of Joe in the morning.

Awesome Stay!

Love this condo! Perks: 1)Only two flight up from pool and staircase is close to condo door. 2). Both bathrooms have separate toilet areas so person can use sink and get ready. 3) Great view of ocean and love the tall chairs to sit in on deck. So comfortable! Love the table and chairs on deck. 4) Beds are so comfortable. 5) Lots of storage (drawers) for clothes and master has two closets. 6). Three TV’s. Has Netflix, which came in handy because we only had one without rain! 7). Condo super close to the trash Shute! Only drawbacks: 1) Pillows on the beds are really fluffy. I had to get one of my own from the car, flatter than theirs—so bring your own pillow if you need one not so full 2) some of the kitchen cabinet doors need some TLC. A couple of them were loose and sagging. 3) washer and dryer worked great but we’re a little loud. And the only reason we noticed it was because we had to stay inside so much due to the rain. Great condo, very comfortable, homey, decorated super cute! Snag this one if you can!

This unit was very clean but there were some issues with the wifi and both beds in this unit. The main bedroom bed squeaks and the spare bedroom bed wheels was broken. Other than that, this unit has beautiful views of the ocean and the resort was very nice.

Enjoyed our stay

Location of this unit was as described, great view of the beach and pool activities. Layout of condo worked well for our family. We enjoyed the large dinning table for dinners and games. The second bedroom had plenty of room for our three sons. The property had plenty of things to do, mini golf, pickle ball, tennis, and basketball. Very short walk to the best beach in Florida. My only complaint we couldn’t get connected to the wifi and there could be some minor upgrades none of which prevented us from having a good visit.

Winter break

Condo had a great location and a great view of the water. The beach is gorgeous! Condo was well appointed. The wifi didn’t work and the Tv was a bit hard to figure out how to operate. Also- we had thought there was an outdoor jacuzzi by the pool, but it had been closed for two years!
