Great place to stay

The accommodations and amenities were excellent. We had no problems at all. Everything went smooth and would definitely stay in this unit again. Everything was clean and well maintained.

Great for Teenagers (or anyone)

My two teens and I loved our stay here. The community felt very safe and the condo had everything we needed. The pool was great, the kitchen was spacious and easy to cook in, and the beds were super comfortable. The AC cooled the place quickly and the water pressure was strong with endless hot water, such a bonus.The location was also perfect with shopping, restaurants, and a grocery store all nearby. The management team was quick to respond and the home itself felt welcoming. The beautiful beaches were, of course, the highlight, and having beach chairs and umbrellas included made it even better. We’ll definitely stay here again.

Great condo experience.

My friends & I were impressed with the condo. We were there for a tennis weekend and enjoyed it immensely. The condo worked well for our group. The view was amazing & we had everything we needed.

Wonderful week at Sandestin

We loved staying in this unit at Westwinds. Condo was clean and ready and had the most beautiful view of the beach. We were pleased with communication, ease of check in, accommodations…everything was great. This unit is perfect for a family! We love being right on the beach, having the pool, and the restaurant by the pool was super convenient for lunch. We can’t wait to come back!

The condo was updated, spacious very clean and had a closet stocked with beach chairs, umbrella, and sand toys. Loved how close it was to the beach and the pool was much larger than we expected. Perfect place for families!

Great views!

The grounds were excellent & the pool area was well maintained. The unit had great views & great space. There were some maintenance issues we experienced, such as a detached/broken door leaning against a wall & the television in the 2nd bedroom did not work. There was one adult-size beach chair but it was also broken. The overall space is great though & the property is beautiful!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was great (except for the traffic!!!) Access to the beach was great. The condo needed some work. The living room furniture was very uncomfortable to sit on. We issues with all 3 TV's. Maybe the remotes. Outside of that we had a good time.

Very close to shopping and restaurants and easy drive to other beaches. Great timely communication with staff and was even allowed to check in earlier as we arrived earlier. Comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen. One more thing to note was that we felt very safe and the overall community was managed well. We definitely plan to return.

Beautiful place but needs cleaning

We loved our stay at this place. The place needs updates and a good cleaning. Cabinets, bathrooms, appliances, door and floor need a deep cleaning. The garbage disposal broke they were so good at replacing it with a new one… we had to clean all the water that leaked out. Overall not a bad place just needs upkeep

Fabulous vacation

We loved our stay. Great place, fantastic trip. Only hiccup was not getting a response from mgt company or owners with a problem. Someone smoked weed in the unit prior to our arrival. The lingering smell (days)really affected my asthma. We were told they'd get back to us, but never did. Very awkward with my 81 y/o mother in law with us. Other than that, it was great!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was perfect. The layout of property worked well for our family but the unit needs to be taken care of better. The light above kitchen table didn’t work. One of the doors to laundry area kept coming off. The guest room had trash under the beds and there was diaper left under the sofa.

Great Little Get Away

It was our first time in Destin and it was very nice for what we needed. The view was amazing and the room was clean. They did have people painting the door and changing filters without giving us a heads up but it wasn't too intrusive. Would definitely book again.

Prefect Location!

This was our second time staying at the Westwinds and once again it did not disappoint! Unit 4740 was perfect for our group of 6. The pool, hot tub, and snack bar area were wonderful and great for the kids. The beach access was amazing and the views were gorgeous. We loved seeing dolphins every morning! We will keep coming back to this property for future vacations.

Great vacation

The check-in process was a little confusing at first. This was my first experience with reservations through an app. After calling, to figure out the codes, everything worked out. Overall a great vacation! We will definitely be back.

Best beach ever!

Great view of the ocean from all windows and balconies. Building and grounds are very well taken care of. Best beach, with sand like silk. Quiet building. Pool temp was nice and warm. We had a wonderful stay but vacationers might like to know that they will need to supply some of there own basic household items such as laundry detergent, dryer sheets, garbage bags (two were supplied), dishwasher soap (two dish pods were supplied), condiments, toilet paper (4 rolls were supplied), Etc... This was not a problem for us as we just made a little grocery run the first night. The pull out couch was not very comfortable on its own and had a thin foam mattress. However, since we were driving there we brought a super thick comfy bed pad/cover, that we have for our guests at our home, which made it better to sleep on. Something like this would be a good addition to have for use with the pull out couch. We had a wonderful stay and would certainly stay there again.
