Perfect Vacation

The location and condo was exactly as shown in the pictures! Very secluded and family oriented which was our favorite part. We won’t stay anywhere else from now on. The communication was great and when we found out we didn’t have the pool key fob, they brought it to us in less than an hour. Best vacation in Florida hands down!!

Good location

Nice condo, many updates. We always try to stay in this area due to its close proximity to Baytowne. One thing I was disappointed in was not having code to get into court to play pickleball. Was not given to us, so unfortunately couldn’t play. Also, not sure when last time floors were cleaned because when I cleaned them, the towel was filthy. That’s probably anywhere you go though. All in all, great place to stay and I would definitely recommend.

We did have issues with the TV as there was no cable app only smartTV We are huge football fans and we had to go to a sports bar to watch games.

Very disappointed

Was not able to actually stay at the property. Arrived thinking that there was front office or something/someone to direct us to the condo. Arrived didn’t know where to go or what unit. Security tried to help. Could not get anyone with property management on the phone. The only response I received via my message through VRBO was to refer to a text. I let them know I didn’t receive a text to please resend. Never received a response. Had to leave and go find somewhere else to stay.

Wonderful Getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Management was wonderful from day one. They made this whole experience worry free. A few days prior we received a text with details, codes, instructions. We walked in and this unit was exactly as pictured, very clean, management had little starter boxes in each bathroom and kitchen which includes a few necessities ( detergent, soap, shampoo/conditioner). The view was spectacular. This unit did have beach items available to use. We had trouble with the cable, but management was available via text and call to help trouble shoot. We grilled one night, there is a great area with clean grills on ground area. Pool/beach access is great. We ate at the pool restaurant one evening, great service and food. One thing we wish we had access to is a fitness center. When you rent the renter needs to be a meber, and then it’s still $45 a day. We took advantage of Long Beach walks instead. Easy check-in and checkout. We would definitely stay here again.

Great time, Terrible Communication

Booking Process - Booking was great. I purchased trip insurance through VRBO just in case something happened. Property Owners or Management Company - I received an email to sign the rental agreement about the stay on 5/30 and I was out of town so I didn’t get it that done until 6/9. Final Payment was taken on 6/8, and since final payment was made the company would not let me obtain travel insurance through them. I then heard on the news that COVID-19 was getting worse in FL, so I sent a message through VRBO asking what would happen. I had to send several messages before I heard back from them. The stay was great but the property managers have terrible customer service. Property - very nice, clean, and perfect for our family. The beach chairs are extremely heavy and not for larger built people. I am disappointed that the items for the beach were not better. There also needed to be more blankets. Overall our trip was great except for a few minor things. You live and learn and yes I might would stay at the property again.

Tides at Tops'l Stay

Condo was spacious and clean. We enjoyed the view and amenities. Might be a bit particular here, but I wish they would have spent a proportional amount on their sheets as they did on the rest of the place; 100% polyester fitted sheets that kept slipping around if you turned. We enjoyed eating on the balcony.
