Condo Needs Updates

The location of the property was perfect!!! The property management was also very responsive to concerns. Unfortunately, the condo is in dire need of updates. First, when we walked in, there was an lingering odor that smelled like old furniture/appliances. Although the things in condo were well kept up and worked properly, the price was still pricey for things in the condo that look and smell like it was outdated.

Sadly issues

View great but sadly there was mold on ceiling, the master bath toilet, the chain would break not allowing flushing. The floors got our feet very dirty and we never went to the beach. The Kuerig machine over flowed each time used so management brought a new one. Never returned to fix toilet. We just used the other bathroom. Mold bothered us enough that we left on Thursday morning instead of Friday morning.
