Great trip and the condo was in a great spot. Super close to everything we needed. Restaurants and shops were close, many within walking distance or just a short drive. Will definitely look to stay again at Leeward Key.

Great Location

The property was amazing and we will plan on returning as soon as possible. The condo is on the ground floor and the patio literally opens up to the fro t side for easy beach access. No waiting for the elevators which is a bonus in itself in my view. The building comes with numerous carts for easy loading and unloading. The condo seems to be presently renovated and is kept in good condition. I would highly recommend.

Wonderful Getaway!

Fabulous location

We had an amazing time. The ground floor is definitely a plus. Restaurants are in walking distance. This condo had two pools and even offered beach service. The rooms were clean, spacious and tastefully decorated. It was great having a washer and dryer in the room. We would love to return.

Amazing Property

We loved staying here in this condo, it’s very close to the beach and minutes from restaurants and shopping. Easy access with the ground floor. Both pools are great. Condo was updated and very clean. We would definitely recommend and love to return.

Great condo loved staying here

Wow this place was so nice and renovated. What a terrific condo. I was worried about the street but it was truly not a issue and the beach here was so nice. We enjoyed being able to walk to restaurants and how quiet this area is compared to pelican Beach or Majestic Sun. Manager was super helpful!

Beautiful, Beautiful

This place was so pretty and well decorated. It felt like home. Easy walk to the beach and two super close restaurants! If you like karaoke, then be sure to hit up Kenny D’s on Wednesday night (or sit on the patio and listen and enjoy! Lol). We did have a dryer issue, but it was addressed and fixed by a very kind, knowledgeable repairman (and a lovely lady that brought us extra towels). It would have been nice to have a hair dryer (pack one before you come). Or you could easily buy one as we did, no biggie. I wasn’t 100% sure on how many bathrooms there were from the listing, there are two full. We loved the easy walk out straight to the pool or beach! It was also super easy for delivery folks to find. I’m super sad that this place will no longer be pet friendly. 😩 Our family had a great time and loved this condo. Did I mention the beautiful artwork she had through the place?

Lovely family beach trip

The condo was just as advertised. Very cute, clean and comfortable. The location was perfect being across the street from the beach. We especially loved that the condo was dog friendly and on the ground floor. Easy access to the condo from the parking lot. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, utensils and a blender. There is a machine to buy ice on the premises. This was our first time renting a condo and I was a bit worried about the noise (my kids are loud). I did not hear noise from the other condos. The only noise is from the hallway which was very minimal. I loved drinking my coffee on the patio people watching. My kids enjoyed the 2 pools and beach. Having 2 chairs and an umbrella was very convenient. We were able to get the kids surfing lessons and sandcastle lessons on our beach as well. There are 2 restaurants steps away and more a little less than a mile away. You don't have to go far for anything you need which is very convenient when traveling with kids and a puppy. You can actually get frozen drinks to go from Kenny D's which is right next door. My only suggestions would be more blankets and pillow cases. There were extra pillows, but I could not locate any extra pillow cases. A water filter pitcher or refrigerator with a water filter. The water is well water and tastes terrible. We didn't anticipate having to buy tons of water once we arrived. It would also be nice if the trash room had a recycle receptacle. A hot tub would also be great addition to Leeward Key. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

The view was wonderful! The only thing I would change is I wish the condo was decorated "beachy". I'm not a fan of gray. When I stay at the beach I like beach colors & decoration.

Great Condo and great location

The location of this property is ideal if you are a beach lover. You walk across the road and you are in the beach in less than 5 minutes. There is a private access gate to the beach, which takes you to a pool that faces the gulf. We did not use the pool because we prefer the beach, but some families did. The unit is pet friendly, which was a big plus for us, since we brought our Golden Retriever "Grover". The fact that the unit is on the ground floor was ideal, making it very easy to take our dog out without having to worry about the elevator. And Grover enjoyed watching people walk by through the back glass door. The unit was clean and in good condition. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, and utensils, which was great because we decided to buy groceries and cook in the unit to avoid indoors restaurants due to the Covid situation. Speaking of restaurants, there are a couple nice ones at walking distance, and many more at a short car drive. The unit is not very big, but comfortable enough. Six people can stay comfortably, if you don't mind sleeping two per bed, but more people than than would be tight. Checking in was easy, following the instructions that were emailed to us by the company that manages the property (BeachCondosinDestin) and we had the phone numbers of specific people that we could call if there was an issue (we didn't). Overall, a great relaxing experience in these stressful times. I'd recommend the property and the company. And the beaches in Miramar Beach and in Destin are just awesome!

Great family getaway

Everything was great. The only reason I gave a 4/5 for cleanliness is it appeared that housekeeping had used sweeper wet cleaners or something similar and the floor still had some grit on it, but truly nothing major. We would stay again for sure!!!
